If they weren't able to take on this job, I likely would have had to go out of state (or even to Vancouver BC) to find someone to work on it.

“We were traveling through the area when we experienced brake noise. Not wanting to drive farther without at least having our brakes checked, we gave them a call. The staff was very kind and patient and made us feel welcomed. We got our brakes checked and the advisor reviewed our report which gave us peace of mind to continue traveling. If you live in the area, your blessed to have this shop as an option. We would highly recommend this shop.”

“Excellent experience! I had a persistent differential whining noise in my 2017 Mercedes-Benz G63 that was noticeable at freeway speeds. A previous shop couldn’t pinpoint the source of the issue, and even the Mercedes dealer told me it could be “multiple things” without offering a clear answer.
These guys were different — they had the right diagnostic tools and were able to accurately identify the source of the noise within just a few hours. Their expertise and efficiency saved me a lot of time and frustration. Highly recommended if you’re looking for real answers.”

“I booked an appointment for a cross-country road trip inspection, and I'm so glad I went to ONB. The price was very reasonable, and they even offered me a loaner car while they did the inspection — a huge help to me and my sister. I had the pleasure of working with Abby for the most part, and also Chris in the office, and they were wonderful: kind, knowledgeable, and honest. Turns out my car was missing a rotor, which made it dangerous to drive. They repaired it right away and had me back on the road the next day. I was so impressed by the speed and quality of the work — my car was running better than before, and I'd had no idea there was an issue! As a woman, and as someone who works in insurance, I especially appreciate an experience like this, because of all the horror stories I hear. I feel great about referring my customers here for their repairs!”
