Had my problem my account resolved really quickly! Good service. They didn't treat me like a 2nd class citizen because I'm prepaid either, I was worried I'd have to send a fax to the head office or something.

Excellent customer service, took 10 minutes compared to the unsuccessful 4.5 hours spent on the phone the day before! She is also very pleasant.

Store location is very convenient with lots of parking. The store has a lot of variety. But the best thing about the store is the staff. They never let a customer sit around and wait. And they had to work very hard to make my phone available to me. But they did it.

After I left my old phone as a trade in someone hacked into my account and posted a bogus 5 star review for DENA. I am now concerned about my other accounts and information. Verizon fraud is looking into this. BEWARE!!!
