I have spent the last 3 nights on the phone ; hours at a time !! Trying to get information on why my new phone is on hold for delivery !! Finally a real man DAMON was able to give me # s & steps to get it done. Tomorrow morning I try . He was a God send. Give him a raise flowers, a box of chocolate at least !!

She was not only efficient and polite, but she also went above and beyond to ensure that all of my needs were met. I was greeted immediately upon entering the store, Jolene was friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable. Everything I needed was taken care of. She made the waiting (which was circumstantial) pleasant. This is my new main store from now on.

Came in for a question and was pretty much brushed off and what couldn't be answered in person was pretty much answered by xfinity over the phone even though it's a different company.
