“We brought our car from Korea and were on our way to Alaska from Ushuaia at the tip of South America, after traveling around Eurasia and North Africa. And our car had a problem with the gear and transmission and couldn't move at all. We went to five repair shops around us, but they didn't even look at it and said they couldn't fix it. “I can’t recommend Tire Barn enough. We had a flat tire at the top of a mountain while dispersed camping, and Ben and his team came to the rescue. From the moment we called, Ben was calm, collected, and confident, promising to take care of everything—and he did just that. When we arrived, he explained exactly what he would do, how he would do it, and offered a very fair price. True to his word, he had us back on the road even sooner than the 20 minutes he estimated.
Not only did they provide excellent service, but they also went above and beyond. Ben even asked if he could give my dog a treat when he saw him in the back, which was a thoughtful gesture that really stood out.Even when they were busy and had my new tire on, they helped put away the spare tire, making what could have been a real hassle into a breeze. In a stressful situation, they were a huge relief. If you ever find yourself in a jam, near the North Cascades-near Glacier on a weekend, this is the place to go. They truly embody the spirit of good old-fashioned customer service.”

“I came to the Iron Gate, Bellingham, WA store to get a tire rotation on our Les Schwab purchased tires on a Saturday in mid August. The store was very busy as employees were helping other stores with deliveries etc...leaving minimal staff to work on quite a few vehicles. I was pleasantly greeted even though the staff was working their butts off trying to help everyone coming in (which was a lot of people). I was informed that the wait could be pretty long but they would get to our vehicle soon, the wait was not that long and the service was great. Jon (manager) has a great staff and the employees are serious about their work and it shows with all the repeat customers.”
