“I book an appointment here for my 2013 sienna because I saw they have a very good review. People are very nice. They did my wheel alignment on time and quick. However when I got home I check my tires because I noticed there is ticking sound when im turning my steering wheel to the left so I did visual inspection by rotating my tires left and right. I noticed the left rubber boot was twisted. It was not like that before. So if the rubber boot is twisted it will be easily tear and damage my steering rack inside. I hope the mechaninc consider untwisting it when he was done doing the wheel alignment.
I call them, they ask me to come back and they fixed it. The service manager give me a free oil change for the hustle.”
