I still deliver in Everson and things are great, DONT PUT ALL BLAME ON POST OFFICES WHEN YOUR DELIVERIES DONT GO YOUR WAY sometime its the warehouses too, not always the drivers or Post Offices blame Amazon lol. Kathleen is the one who rules in Everson Post Office, she should be Post Master she's always early and there when we pull in, sweetest woman ever she's all that a lady, and a Post Master should be. In my book, she's it lol

fire the lesbian lady, she’s super rude and non helpful, i tried asking her questions nicely and her response was an “i don’t know” to everything, i mean if she doesn’t know, then i don’t know what she’s doing there

Twice this month the postal worker put the parcel key for our package in our neighbors mailbox, leaving us waiting for days to retrieve our package. The phone tree is long and tedious, and wouldn't let us submit a support claim, as it didn't recognize our address. The staff at the front desk are nice, but I could tell that they also find the postal workers issues to be annoying.

The item I shipped was returned to me and they tried to charge my customer $24….. it was shipped media mail, which IT IS media mail, but because inside of the box I used a USPS priority mail bubble mailer as cushioning they denied it? I bought that envelope and it was inside. I don’t understand…. I have shipped over 1400 packages the same way and this is the only time this has ever happened…. You see the options says media mail or not media mail and she just made up her own reason of saying why she saying it’s not valid to get money from innocent people….. HORRIBLE… go to a different post office, and USPS please review this worker…. Shauna Villarreal is real SHADY.
