Arcadia Townhomes is a townhome community in Federal Way, WA, offering a selection of two and three-bedroom townhomes for rent. It provides a carefree lifestyle with a sense of city living while being outside the urban area, located between Tacoma and Seattle near schools, shopping, dining, and major employers. The community offers unique floor plans and thoughtful amenities including a swimming pool, spa/hot tub, game room, media room, fitness center, clubhouse, and a dog park as it is pet friendly. The complex is described as a nice big complex, an important and needed place for many residents, and a great place to live where people feel safe. It features 24-hour cameras, cleaned main areas, and a great trail next to the townhomes. The townhomes themselves are noted as nice with split levels, multiple baths, and in-unit laundry. Residents have either a garage or carport, though guest parking is noted as terrible. The staff and management are frequently praised as amazing, welcoming, helpful, and informative, with specific mention of them going above and beyond and making the rental process smooth. However, some reviews note the complex is old and needs some love, including roofing, paint, and grounds repair and maintenance, stating it can be nice again with concerted effort and money.
Nice community and neighbors and I have a garage. Some of the amenities are ok but why put a mini pool and hot tub in such a large community? The cheap throw away appliances and toilets are trashy, the screens and screen doors that are always falling off throughout the complex is unexceptable

After tons of negative experiences looking for a place in south puget sound, my wife and I were treated so great by the staff here. I wish more apartments would be this welcoming to new tenants.
