“I would like to give a shout out to Molly who is the manager at the Avana Star Lake office for all of her patience, kindness and assistance with fixing our garage. The process took a while to be completed (6+ months) and throughout that entire time Molly kept me updated on the process, was quick to answer my questions, and was beyond helpful in allowing us alternate space to store our property while the garage was fixed.This was an unfortunate experience that was beyond frustrating until Molly took it in hand and got stuff done.”

Rebecca made it soo easy and smooth.The apartments are nice, management and maintenance people are great.I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a place to call home...N did I just forgot to say how convenient it is, close to bike trails,most businesses and a busline too if you don't feel like driving.I love it here.”
