Mitchell W. was so wonderful and kind. We came about half an hour before closing to make a check deposit and he was so helpful and friendly each step of the way. Bank of America should feel so happy to have someone like him representing their bank.

Only giving this place 5 stars because of Tu. She was amazing. The computer shut down today while she was helping me and she was so kind and apologetic for the mishap. This bank is lucky to have her. Excellent customer service. Thank you Tu?
