“I walked in 4 minutes to closing and was still welcomed with patience and open arms. I only needed my debit card printed and Connor was happy to help me. He informed me that the card would take about 5 minutes to print, to which I apologized for making them stay open past closing. He told me I was fine and made sure to ask me if I had any questions regarding my account. Connor took the time to explain the differences in the checking accounts they offer and I ended up switching to a different account type that works better for my situation. It was a pleasure walking into the branch today. I would definitely recommend WSECU, no question!”
“Everyone in this branch who I had an interaction with, was kind, professional, and incredibly helpful, as it has been with all other branches I've been to. I didn't even get to finish signing in before I was already being helped.
This branch was clean and tidy. I felt a though it's always kept in a presentable way.
The parking here is not a open add others branches, but if it's convenient for you, you'll find something. I didn't notice if there was any disabled parking because the lot was very full, but thankfully, I didn't have to park too far away and my knees and hips didn't hurt any more than normal for the short walk.

“My wife and I went to Bank of Hope to look into getting a CD. Upon entering I saw a smiling guard who welcomed me to Bank of Hope. I immediately felt safer and felt welcomed. Federal Way has such an incredibly high crime rate an armed guard is a wonderful sight to see. I spoke to the guard and he assured me that Bank of Hope was one of the safest locations in the city of Federal Way. He also brought me to the proper bank person to assist me and my wife with opening a CD. He then asked if he could assist me with anything else as I waited for the Bank of Hope staff to assist me. I was assisted by a female staff member and she was a real pro. Very knowledgeable. This gave me an immediate good impression about Bank of Hope and its staff. My whole experience with Bank of Hope was great. I may move all my accounts to Bank of Hope in the future. When I went to leave the guard told my wife and I to have a wonderful day and opened the door for us. Such a positive experience I wish more businesses were like this.”
