Would give negative 5 stars if possible… absolute waste of money and time,had no problem taking my money right away then only bringing up additional problems when came time to pickup my car to cause me to deal with quickly finding another option. Now have to wait 10 days for my refund… would NOT recommend

Second time U got a car that does not have a locking glove box and a truck that cant be secured from the inside of the car (has a release lever, someone could break in the car and gain access to the truck ?

Made reservation online but they called me at after 3pm to let me know that they were out of trucks. They should have called me first thing in the morning to let me know. Not courteous at all.

I never seen behavior and attitude the guy stay here, he charge me $290 extra said I see ash cigarette but not show me anything ash and iam not smoker person, he told me iam boss , supervisor and nobody else. So be careful here

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Returning the car while I was in a rush they had me go get the mileage after. I thought that was their job. Lastly, I know I left my GoPro under the passenger seat but of course it was nowhere to be found a day after. Person who answered the phone wasn’t helpful at all and couldn’t problem solve to save their left. Customer service is the WORST I’ve ever experienced. NEVER AGAIN!! Please shut this place down to save all future customers from headaches and regrets.

I set up a rental on line and when I arrived was told that they tried to call me and let me know that there were no trucks available. The reservation was set up almost a week ago and no one tried to call me. Strange thing was that there were numerous trucks in the yard. Also, the sign in front said open but the door was locked and had to search for a person in the back. I simply drove to U-Haul in Federal Way and they were very professional and set me up with a rental. Avoid this place.

I reserved a moving truck At first they couldn't rent to me because I didn't have a debit card with my name on it. And then it showed up so I went back. Then I was told it had to be connected to a bank, as those debit cards like green dot Mastercard aren't acceptable.So I've yet to rent. I'm going to get a bank debit card but by the time it comes I won't need to rent anymore.Budget gets a thumbs down for not publishing their rental requirements, nor training employees about the rental requirements. I wasted a lot of time, as well as money on transportation fees.

Delu Customer Service was horrible. There were two people working (that I could see) they were standing there talking with people that were just being social as I sat there for at least 5 minutes (No Exaggeration) and had to ask "is anyone working this area?" Before receiving service. Smh. UNACCEPTABLE! However the food was very fresh.

This is the worst car rental place I've ever felt with! Max is completely incompetent and in my opinion a thief. I rented car for a week, it was not clean, there was a screw in the tire, I had to buy new tire, car nothing but trouble. Upon return of the car I offered receipt for gas I just put in and max declined, he refused to go check mileage, gas or car, he ended up charging me $26 for gas. I had to rent car again a week later, even though lot was full of cars he said he only had the one I rented the week before, I didn't want to accept it but I ubered there and had no choice. The car was filthy, with used face masks, floors, nothing was sanitizer or cleaned. I took to Kent location and the happily exchanged the car and were disgusted by the conditions of the car, the also adjusted my drop off time which showed on my new contract. Upon returning the car half hour early, I took pictures of full tank of gas and mileage, max of course was too lazy to go check. When he gave me my receipt he charged me $79.34 for additional hour, I showed him the new drop off time and he refused to adjust it. Max is lazy and a scammer! DO NOT RENT FOR FEDERAL WAY BUDGET!!!

I made a reservation last Saturday thru Costco website.Friday night a guy working at Federal Way branch told me it was canceled!What a joke!I made called Uhaul and finished move, but I couldn't believe what Budget doing!
