We were Homestreet Bank customers for years. We were not happy when they merged with Mechanics Bank. Customer service was not the same so we closed our accounts and opened new accounts with a credit union.

The staff here are terrific. Very friendly and inviting. It is typically not too busy so there isnt a wait. The drive-up teller window is convenient.
