“I had cabinets & countertops installed about 9 months ago by Evergreen Granite and worked with Cristian there for the design & sale. He was very accommodating with all of our requests, showing his expertise. Our kitchen required a few oddball cabinets in which Cristian was able to make happen for us.
The cabinets came quickly and install only took a few days.
All of this is great, but I never put reviews online. The reason for this exception is that we had a problem with one of our drawers mis-aligning on closure over time. Evergreen was quick with their response and made it right with outstanding (as to be expected with the rest of their service!) support.
The ongoing support really shows that they care about the craft and really want to ensure a good customer experience. Amazing experience!”
“Yvonne and Dan were an absolute pleasure to do business with. They're so knowledgeable, friendly, prompt and helpful. Yvonne is very detailed oriented much like myself. Great at communicating, understanding and explaining things by sending visuals/renders of the design, which are very helpful for the visual designer type like myself. They helped us order our beautiful Bellmont cabinets for our laundry room and they turned out just as we dreamt. Yvonne was quick to reply to our emails. Dan is really funny too, we enjoyed his sense of humor! They're a great team! We already are planning our next project and know we can rely on them to help us get the job done!”

“We absolutely love our countertops! I didn't read reviews before we decided to go to L&D and I'm glad I didn't. They were recommended by the company that made our cabinets. I don't know what other people expected from L&D but from my experience they were knowledgeable, helpful, and accommodating. Other stone suppliers wanted to put a seam at the center of my sink because it's a long run but L&D didn't do that. The one seam I have in my kitchen is minimal and not noticeable unless you look for it. Customers need to keep in mind that you can't always get what you want with natural stone. If it break they aren't going to want to pay for an additional slap. I recommend L&D. My advice is to take a breath and shop around. We have a beautiful updated kitchen and we literally saved thousands and got the same aesthetic we would have gotten from other more expensive companies.”

“Great selection of slabs. Found a wonderful marble slab that the warehouse guys helped show us. They were happy to move slabs around so we could see various options. Very pleasant! The sales people at the front desk were extremely helpful. They were able to explain the process which we thought might be very difficult, but it wasn't. Since they are wholesalers, they can't give out prices, but you can see by their system which slabs are more expensive than others. They have a list of fabricators that can help with your project. We used a fabricator from Olympia and the experience was wonderful. Excellent place to shop for slabs! We won't hesitate to use them again.”
“Seeing some of these bad reviews, I had to comment. I've bought from epic foodwares for several years. I've never had 1 single problem in my 10 plus transactions. Thousands of dollars of Metra shelving I've bought. Anything missing? Immediately handled. I'd recommend them as anyone. Those comments about this business being a scam are ridiculous. Go there and see the physical business. It's legit.Keith”
“Wow, customer support was awesome, called a few times, always got the answer and assist. Units were very easy to put together. We are now doing another addition to home and will be buying more cabinetry from Cabinets to go again. Prices are good, and I also noticed nothing is that pressboard garbage, its all quality workmanship.”

“Sarah Doohan is amazing and took care of us from start to finish. Absolute best service you could hope for. Zero sales pressure. Instead she consistently focused on solving our problems -- helping us understand our carpet wants/needs. *She stuck with us and our waffling for over 11 months!* until we finally pulled the trigger on fully replacing our carpet. Helped us figure out logistics to the very end.
The extra thick padding is nice. I've fallen asleep on the new carpet three times now in different locations. My entire second floor has become a nap trap.”
“Decent prices but you get what you pay for, the hardwood, engineered, and LVP is all on the lower quality end of their respective markets. Good place to get ideas and check colors but I wouldn't buy any significant amount of flooring from here.”

“Roman and his team are absolute professionals that stand by their products and work. This store is not that close to where we live, but definitely worth the drive. Price was phenomenal for what we got (see pics) - 2 countertops with undermount sinks and a custom cut cabinet.
Not only was the quality and price amazing, but even though we aren't high quantity buyers of cabinets and countertops, they still treated us like we were important customers to them. That was not our experience at places we visited prior to checking this store out.
We will be recommending Bath and Kitchen Outlet to our friends in greater Seattle and when we are ready to replace our flooring in the near future, will be getting our Luxury Plank Vinyl from them as well.”
