LD Kitchen & Bath is a highly recommended business for kitchen and bath renovations, specializing in countertops, cabinets, and sinks. Customers appreciate the knowledgeable and helpful staff, who provide great customer service without the frills of larger retailers. Many customers highlight the significant savings they experienced compared to competitors like Home Depot and IKEA, with some saving thousands of dollars on their projects.
The business caters to both contractors and homeowners, offering beautiful granite and quartz options at unbeatable prices. While some customers noted that the showroom is minimal and designed for contractors, they found it straightforward to navigate. The installation process is generally efficient, with experienced technicians who are attentive to detail. However, customers are advised to double-check measurements for sinks and other items to avoid sizing issues.
Despite a few minor challenges, such as scheduling installation dates and needing to communicate in person for certain issues, most customers express satisfaction with their overall experience. The quality of the products, especially the countertops, has been praised, with many stating that the final results exceeded their expectations. LD Kitchen & Bath is an excellent choice for those seeking value, quality, and a no-nonsense approach to home improvement projects.
