Then when he was finished he checked my self check in, on his computer then showed me my unit. Not your average "Big Boxed" storage experience, you can tell the staff here, help to keep this business thriving. I would like to see more competitive pricing at this location, perhaps more move In specials. I did like the fact that when you move out some rental units, a complimentary 1 time moving truck is available at no additional cost to remove your items from storage.”

“The equipment was not clean but was well maintained and I had no issues. I believe they probably just hadn’t gotten to it yet. The clean vehicle I was supposed to rent had all the gas stolen. So it was a last minute change of vehicles. I’ve rented here many times always great service.Thank you”

“Super easy to get my unit started. I even requested a specific building and they had it. I put a memo in online when I reserved a unit and, unlike so many other places I have been, they actually read it and were already prepared for that odd request. It was cool.The only suggestion I would make would be to estimate a little bit up when estimating how much it will be total for move-in. I did have to run back out for a little more cash because the office person estimated about $10 under what it was going to cost. Not a big deal, just a suggestion.”
