“Absolutely the best! I had to go to my unit yesterday and at first I was shocked upon arriving to see red sealed tag on my unit. I said I know i paid which looking at my bank statement and seen i did pay so I went to the front desk and customer service rep was very kind and it turns out last time I was in she was doing her rounds and I had locked my lock only didnt lock it to the latch so I left thinking my things were secure and she wasn't able to reach me by phone or email so she placed the tags to lock my stuff til I returned. We both got a good laugh out of it and I made sure to correctly lock this time and nothing was taken from my unit as she had noticed the day after I was last in.”

“We recently moved from Washington State to Arizona, and I have to say North American Moving Company is absolutely top-notch! Our sales representative, David Pendergraft, was fantastic. He answered all of our questions and addressed any concerns we had throughout the process. Natalie in the Kent, WA office was also incredibly helpful whenever I needed assistance.
Our driver, George, was beyond kind and patient, he did an excellent job. The moving crew in Washington worked hard, efficiently, and treated all of our belongings with great care and respect. The Arizona crew was just as amazing — professional, friendly, and just as careful with everything.
From start to finish, everyone we dealt with was professional, kind, and respectful. North American made what could have been a stressful move so much easier. I would highly recommend North American Moving Company to anyone planning a move — they truly made our experience smooth and worry-free!”
“Easy enough to secure a unit and set up account online, received email promptly with details needed for access. They do offer purchase of a padlock through their service and info for obtaining it from a lockbox on site but the padlocks provided simply do not work with the door mechanisms on these units. Ended up having to make a quick trip to Target and buy my own lock in order to secure my unit at move in. Also the self service kiosk had been heavily vandalized and is non functional. Autopayments and access pin I was given have always worked fine though. All in all, its a decent place to store some extra stuff, considering the low prices. Just bring your own padlock and don't expect much in the way of customer service. There is no actual manager of any kind on site. Very much a virtually operated facility and self serve kind of place. But still not the worst, and certainly an adequate place to store a few excess items. I wouldn't recommend storing anything of great financial value here though, not the most well secured units here...”

“We had a good experience with David and the team at Lile Moving of Kent/ North American Van Lines. David was great at communicating and following up post quote. Natalie helped with setting up final details pre-move and Adam and his team were really great on the day of. It's a stressful, big project to plan and execute an interstate moving and having a good moving partner made the experience good for the most part. We had a lot of stuff, acquired more after we got the quote months in advance so just rule of thumb is that it will take you so much longer to pack and you will have way more stuff than you realize.”

My friend and I secured 2 units there. She was very accommodating in moving the UHaul truck so we could make the corner with a long trailer on the back of our rig. The process would have been much quicker if she wasn't so much fun to chat with, entirely all my fault. Great experience !”

“I've rented alot of storage units in the past, and this by FAR is one of the cleanest facilities I've ever seen. The office was very tidy and welcoming, as well as the grounds & units themselves. The manager tristan was very informative and helpful. She was knowledgeable in answering all of our questions about what unit would best fit our family. She also explained the new promotions and deals that they had. And walked us through the paperwork step by step. After meeting the staff and seeing how well- kept this facility is, I honestly feel a huge sense of comfort knowing that my belongings are there and actually being kept safe in a well Maintained place. Highly recommended!!”
