“I love the way the staff treats their customers; this time, they made it easier. It’s quick now, unlike before. When returning, they accommodate you as if the staff are outside the premises; you don’t have to go to the office and inform them that you are returning the rental trailer. It's fast and convenient.”

“I hired Two Men and A Moving Van and had the pleasure of moving with Justin, Jordan and Leo and it was an absolute pleasure. They were nice, fast and extremely knowledgeable about how to take apart and re-assemble beds and reclining sectional sofas. Moving totally sucks but these guys made it a stress free experience! They took great care to wrap furniture and mattresses to protect it from dirt as well scratches. If I ever have to move again, I am calling them! I highly recommend this company! And the final price was $300 less than the estimate! I really can't say enough good things about these guys. Thank you Jordan, Justin and Leo!”

I highly recommend this place to anyone near the Kent area!”

“This is a great location and one of the only climate controlled locations for storage facilities in the area. The price also cannot be beat! The best part is the customer service provided by the front desk, Ry. Ry was always accommodating, there to send information and assistance, and ensuring that all customers receive above exceptional customer service.”

“Everyone at Move Northwest was very helpful! From David who came out to see what we are moving and to explain how everything worked, to Kate and Brittney in the office, and the whole crew of guys who did the actual moving. I appreciated that they were willing to make sure everything was moved carefully and when I pointed out something was especially dear to me, they took even extra care while both moving it and bringing it into our new home. I would most definitely hire them in the future.”

“Absolutely the best! I had to go to my unit yesterday and at first I was shocked upon arriving to see red sealed tag on my unit. I said I know i paid which looking at my bank statement and seen i did pay so I went to the front desk and customer service rep was very kind and it turns out last time I was in she was doing her rounds and I had locked my lock only didnt lock it to the latch so I left thinking my things were secure and she wasn't able to reach me by phone or email so she placed the tags to lock my stuff til I returned. We both got a good laugh out of it and I made sure to correctly lock this time and nothing was taken from my unit as she had noticed the day after I was last in.”

“Easy enough to secure a unit and set up account online, received email promptly with details needed for access. They do offer purchase of a padlock through their service and info for obtaining it from a lockbox on site but the padlocks provided simply do not work with the door mechanisms on these units. Ended up having to make a quick trip to Target and buy my own lock in order to secure my unit at move in. Also the self service kiosk had been heavily vandalized and is non functional. Autopayments and access pin I was given have always worked fine though. All in all, its a decent place to store some extra stuff, considering the low prices. Just bring your own padlock and don't expect much in the way of customer service. There is no actual manager of any kind on site. Very much a virtually operated facility and self serve kind of place. But still not the worst, and certainly an adequate place to store a few excess items. I wouldn't recommend storing anything of great financial value here though, not the most well secured units here...”

“This has been one of the most affordable and professional storage facilities i have rented from. I rent a inside unit and the building is always kept clean and well lit. I have been able to reach staff and get help when needed. Definatly have recommended this place to others because the price has been worth it and the people running it have been so pleasant. Jennetta has been doing a wonderful job and I've noticed the difference in the care for the facility and the renters.”

“I experienced exceptional customer service here. The lady was so helpful and understanding of my situation. I feel truly blessed to be able to find this hidden jem. I'm a single mother of 3, and a DV survivor. If it wasn't for her help, and great discounts at Valley self storage, I know for a fact that I would have lost all my family's belongings”

“We had a good experience with David and the team at Lile Moving of Kent/ North American Van Lines. David was great at communicating and following up post quote. Natalie helped with setting up final details pre-move and Adam and his team were really great on the day of. It's a stressful, big project to plan and execute an interstate moving and having a good moving partner made the experience good for the most part. We had a lot of stuff, acquired more after we got the quote months in advance so just rule of thumb is that it will take you so much longer to pack and you will have way more stuff than you realize.”
