All of staffs I met are friendly and helpful. compared to bank of America I had held a business account before I switched to uni bank, I feel comfortable to communicate all of bank tellers in Korean.

I recently switched our business account to this bank and it’s been great. I’m not sure what the other reviews were talking about but I haven’t had any issues with English there and on top of that everyone is so friendly and the customer service is great - I highly recommend trying this bank out!
