Video Only is a hidden gem for TV and home audio needs. The experience is superb, with friendly, personable, and professional staff who greet you and walk you through the whole process without pressure. They are extremely knowledgeable and never try to upsell. The store has a great selection with many TVs on display to compare, and their prices are extremely competitive, right, and can be a killer deal. They offer great customer service, sometimes including free delivery or small items. The service is wonderful, with helpful, proficient, and fantastic delivery and setup. Customers report they wouldn't buy a TV anywhere else and plan to return for any future upgrades, referring others to the store.

I've purchased many TVs from Video Only. Always a good deal, but what I really like is that I've always been helped by people that genuinely seem interested in helping me get the TV that best suits my needs, not just the biggest best (aka, most expensive) unit. Highly recommend.
