“Bought my phone 3 month ago and it's full of apps I could not open a page made a stop at another store in auburn they guy looked at the phone and he said I need to buy a new phone this phone is no good anymore explained that I only had it for couple of months left that store customer service told me to go to the commons mall location I was greeted by a gentleman before I even explain the situation he already can tell the issue he asked me to give him 20 minutes to clean my phone after 15 my is working again soon I asked if I need to buy another phone he smiled and said no and he showed me how no to install apps that causes issues”

“RJ at T-Mobile is awesome! Even though we weren’t buying anything that day, he took the time to walk us through the whole process of canceling our Verizon plan and switching over to T-Mobile. Super patient, super helpful, no pressure at all.
We’ll be driving past closer locations just to go back to RJ for our business. Verizon used to be king, but T-Mobile rules now - and RJ is a big reason why. Highly recommend asking for him!”
“A few days ago I went in to swap a security camera for a different one. Court assisted my dad and I through the process. She patiently walked me through the differences between the camera I had and what I was looking to get. I ended up buying her suggestion and I love it! It is easy to use and my only regret is not buying it sooner. I would recommend promoting her to a management position!”

“My mother and I came in to get some help upgrading one of our phones. The employee, Khalil, welcomed us in and efficiently helped us survey the options. He was helpful, kind, and informative as we navigated the phone upgrade process. He helped get us a deal and we both walked out satisfied and with a new phone in hand. He even offered to call us to check in on how the product was working and offer any help. All the staff seemed friendly; overall it was a great experience.”
