“Kudos to Bellingham Honda. I just purchased my third Honda product through them. As I've come to expect the entire experience from walking on to the lot to leaving with a new vehicle was seamless professional friendly and believe it or not quite a bit of fun. Loved working with our sales representative Pete Davis who went above and beyond our expectations. Pete went out and found the vehicle we were looking for and was able to procure it in a timely manner. He never made us feel like we were being too picky. I asked a lot of questions and Pete had a lot of answers.
Also appreciate their finance department We dealt with John who was a pleasure to work with. I have unfortunately experienced the deterioration of customer service over the last few years. “I had my Tesla Model Y repaired at No. 1 Automotive Body Repair after a significant collision that required extensive body and structural work. Shadix and the team were communicative throughout the process, kept me updated on the repair progress, and were always willing to answer my questions and concerns about the repair and the parts being used.
I picked up the vehicle this week, and overall I’m very happy with the quality of the work. The car looks and drives great, especially considering the extent of the repairs required.
My only concern is a small but noticeable fitment gap between the aftermarket rear bumper and the trunk that appears to have been missed during the final inspection. Aside from that detail, I’ve been very pleased with the experience and appreciate the care Shadix and the No. 1 team put into restoring my vehicle.”

“I brought my wife's Subaru here for a refrigerant evacuation so that I could replace the seized compressor. Jeremie was wonderful to work with, taking several phone calls from me while I tried to figured out how much compressor oil the system needed. He also took the time to give me the run down on how an AC system works (which I've always assumed to just be black magic), fit us into his busy schedule, got the system changed in just an hour or so, and charged us a fair rate. We'll be sending anybody who needs auto AC help to Jeremie!”
“I have been a loyal customer since I was a youth. What is disappointing about any dealership is the continued rising prices. I recall an oil change and service costing around 19, 29, 39 dollars now the same service cost me $99. . Cars of today are made of plastic and throw away parts. Yet the fuel/ gas mileage is not all that much better. And, a new car costs over 30,000 to 100,000 and doesn’t last any longer and often not as long as a say a 64 fairlaine??? !
Bellingham Ford offers great mechanics and wonderful Service personnel! I still go to them vs the smaller shops because I feel they know the products better and get the work done right.!”
“So glad I found them! Kia wanted $1038 for a new oil pump balancer. They do not sell nor have part numbers for the internal bearings which were the problem. AEP had the bearings in stock, and a great web page to make sure I was ordering the correct model. Problem solved for under $60.”
