“I've had nothing but positive experiences at this Quest location. I used to have a very strong fear of needles and would pass out any time I had to have any blood drawn. Thanks to the patience of the phlebotomists here, I've been able to work through a lot of my anxiety! I generally don't leave business reviews but I wanted to make sure anyone who's in a similar boat as I was knows that the low reviews on this (and to be fair, all blood testing lab locations) are generally nothing to be too wary of. It is true that appointments often start later than scheduled, but I feel that's quite common in all medical settings because of the unpredictability of patients, etc. and that's not necessarily something that dampens the experience for me personally.”

“We have an individual well and were curious about the quality of our water. Samantha was the person who greeted us when we came through the door and proceeded to knock it out of the park. She is incredibly knowledgeable, helpful AND she was able to patiently explain at a level we could understand. Our test results came back via email super fast! As Samantha says, Exact can test water for anything. We chose a panel plus a few extras. It is such a piece of mind knowing our water is safe. Pricing seems very reasonable (I do not have anything to compare it with) but it was not a huge sum. Very professional and we will definitely be back to test here in the future!”
