“Exceptional experience with Logan. He excels at communicating and ensured my wife and I understood every step of the process. Unfortunately our vehicle ended being a total loss after the bumper fascia was removed and more damaged was exposed. If we ever need body work or collision repair in the future Logan and staff have earned our business. Thank you for your honesty and patience with our questions. Additionally Paramount was accommodating when we had to remove our personal belongings from our car. Going so far as to remove a trinket I had forgotten to get from the rearview mirror and keeping it until I was able to return to and get it. Much appreciated Paramount.”

“I was rear ended and needed to get the damages repaired. The insurance adjuster for the gentleman who hit me recommended Caliber Collision and so did my insurance company. Michael was able to provide an estimate that the insurance adjuster was also able to have and he took the time to explain next steps and the process that was going to happen. My car was scheduled for the next week and Caliber was in contact with me through texts with progress updates and even able to keep the insurance adjuster and the car rental company informed so I didn't have to worry about I ut anything. They were able to finish repairs faster than expected too. This was my first accident in 35 years of driving and I was so afraid of how long and time consuming it could have been. Caliber Collision staff were very clear and patient with me. They helped me through something that was new and overwhelming by making it easy for me to have my car repaired. If I ever need Collision damage repairs in the future, they would be my first choice. Highly recommend them.”
“Took my Benz to MM for a couple of bent wheels, after talking to Derek, I felt comfortable enough and ended up getting my whole interior done including paint chips, ceramic coating & paint my calipers. Let me tell you, when I picked up my whip it looked show room floor new, better than it did when I purchased it. I was soo juiced and so was Derek.
Not to mention, after having the wheels straightened the car drove soo smooth. Much appreciated Derek.”

He was honest highlighting the positives and negatives of the vehicle (minor scratches I had missed). “When the major shop told me no, Blue Sky said yes. I needed to have my windshield replaced, but the major shop (think S..L..) wouldn't do it because there was a small amount of rust on the frame. Blue Sky got me an estimate right away and finished the job in 2 days for a great price. “Many thanks to Scott !!! This guy is truly a blessing . My 17 year old daughter got into hit and run with a truck with no brake lights that cut her off and slammed brakes and she was able to swerve to the left but clipped her front passenger side. I took it to collision repair in Bonney lake and wow was the repair outrageous. I happen to see advertised on small sign Raleys Auto Body so I decided to call and he said bring it in.
I brought my daughters vehicle in ans he looked at it and with confidence gave me a number and approximate turn around time and we made a deal. Wow!!! Is all my daughter could say and yes he did an outstanding job and this guy delivered on the promise . Don’t mess around with high priced auto body shops. Scott is knowledgeable and super down to earth.
Definitely will be bringing any future repairs to Raleys and will recommend this company to many others . Great job Scott!!
