“I used Fix Auto Tacoma South about a year and a half ago. Will is amazing. He's the owner, but he spoke with me personally whenever I requested him. He gave me a quote that was out of my price range, and I was trying to figure out what to do. He then gave me a new quote that saved me a good amount of money (and I decided not to paint it) which I was able to afford. He also tried his hardest to get me new parts that match my current car color. They stopped making a certain part in silver (and now produce it only in black), but Will's team looked everywhere for a used part in silver before informing me that it was something out of our control. I was fine with this, and the other big part I needed was black, which matched. One of the best parts was that they cleaned my very dirty car. They washed the outside, including ridding it of some moss that had been growing in some areas, and they vaccuumed the cabin. I was pretty excited about that. Between that and the newer style lights, it looked like a new car (even with the black parts). I've received multiple compliments since then that it actually looks better now than it did before.”

“These guys are excellent. I had a stuck e-brake on my Volvo XC90, and after I had fixed the issue, it had by that point left some kind of metal residue (seems almost like rust) on the wheel which was absolutely not scrubbing off, as it was deeply embedded. Metal Magic came through and was able to give an acid bath and remachine the surface that not only took off the residue but also remove the curb rash that the wheel had, all for only $250 (see before and after photos). Would definitely go here again.”

“Came here for a pre-purchase inspection in February 2026 on a used 2020 Tacoma I was buying from a local dealer (SICC, also really impressive for a used car dealership), on a word-of-mouth recommendation, and I'm very glad I did. The dealer actually drove the truck over to them since they still owned it at the time, and I just paid for the inspection itself. Eddie was the one who walked me through everything, and the thoroughness was honestly impressive. He had a tablet with photos documenting every single step of the inspection, and used it to show me exactly what he found — good, bad, and in-between. Instead of just handing me a vague pass/fail, he broke everything into three tiers: what needed fixing soon (but wasn't a safety or mechanical dealbreaker), what should get done within the next year or 20k miles, and what was just worth keeping an eye on. That breakdown gave me a real, honest picture of where the truck stood, and it was invaluable leverage when negotiating repairs with the dealer before I bought it. Professional, transparent, and clearly good at what they do. Highly recommend for anyone buying a used vehicle in the area or looking for some repairs. Eddie even took it for a test drive in various lighting conditions to see of the passenger-side door and panel replacement was actually noticeable. Very cool additional detail! I've attached some of the photos they provided in their inspection.”

“No other shop would touch my car due to it being a classic which is an 85’ El Camino SS Choo Choo Custom. I got referred to Automotive Images from the few shops that I was talking with. Brandon was able to get the car completely taken care of. He explained the whole process to me and even allowed me to see the work you doing while it was being done when I would come in to make payments, Or if he just wanted me to see where we were at, so I could see the whole process in and out. Since his shop was out of network my insurance company (State Farm) only paid me part of what would cover the repair cost. The rest I had to pay upfront since Brandon doesn’t work directly with insurance anymore. However Brandon helped with making sure that all the documentation for insurance was there that was needed since he’s worked with insurance companies for so long. He assured me that all the documentation he provided of the repairs should get me reimbursed by my insurance company. All The documentation Brandon provided was more than enough for my insurance to reimburse me what I had to pay upfront for the total repair cost. Just as he said I got reimbursed every penny I had to pay upfront. Great experience over all and with excellent quality of work!”

Everyone here is super kind and patient, they took care of everything, including the rental car process. My car was fixed to perfection, no problems, and they washed my (at that point very dirty) exterior and even detailed the inside as well! I wasn't actually expecting that, but it was very much appreciated. Would use them again in the future if I needed to.”

“Darnell's was recommended to me by Brandon at Straight Line Detailing in Parkland (shout out to Brandon, his work is excellent also). I have a 12 year old Mini Cooper. The clear coat on the hood was bubbling and peeling, and the vinyl racing stripes were aging even worse. Doug stripped the hood, repainted it, blended the new paint into the old, and added a beautiful hand painted racing stripe. He also painted the bumper inset a contrasting color. The work was meticulously done and turned out gorgeous. I can't recommend Darnell's highly enough.”

Other places gave me 5 figure estimates and 4-6 weeks to complete, Dan did it in 2 DAYS at a fraction of the cost, I ended up just paying out of pocket and not incurring the claim. I was skeptical at how the quality would be but I was wrong to fear it, my car looks brand new again thanks to Dan. He told me he's been working on cars for 40 years and will retire in a few more years, he is incredible.
