“I used Fix Auto Tacoma South about a year and a half ago. Will is amazing. He's the owner, but he spoke with me personally whenever I requested him. He gave me a quote that was out of my price range, and I was trying to figure out what to do. He then gave me a new quote that saved me a good amount of money (and I decided not to paint it) which I was able to afford. He also tried his hardest to get me new parts that match my current car color. They stopped making a certain part in silver (and now produce it only in black), but Will's team looked everywhere for a used part in silver before informing me that it was something out of our control. I was fine with this, and the other big part I needed was black, which matched.
One of the best parts was that they cleaned my very dirty car. They washed the outside, including ridding it of some moss that had been growing in some areas, and they vaccuumed the cabin. I was pretty excited about that. Between that and the newer style lights, it looked like a new car (even with the black parts). I've received multiple compliments since then that it actually looks better now than it did before.”

He was honest highlighting the positives and negatives of the vehicle (minor scratches I had missed). The price was reasonable and when I started to have second thoughts they left me alone to determine if this was in fact the best choice for myself. I love no high pressure sales. Financing was a breeze and they took the time to review all of my options. They reviewed some of the vehicles gadgets before I left. Very professional group of people.”

“Dan was amazing with my Tesla Model Y that had collision damage on the quarter panel and bumper.
Other places gave me 5 figure estimates and 4-6 weeks to complete, Dan did it in 2 DAYS at a fraction of the cost, I ended up just paying out of pocket and not incurring the claim. I was skeptical at how the quality would be but I was wrong to fear it, my car looks brand new again thanks to Dan. He told me he's been working on cars for 40 years and will retire in a few more years, he is incredible.
Dan is outstanding, so friendly and great, I cannot recommend him enough and so glad I found them (via a Facebook group recommendation).

Local car dealers monopolize his time; however, he does private work for individuals. His low labor rate keeps him too busy. His eye sensitivity to distinguish colors in paint amazed me, and their attention to detail is outstanding. I am allowed to pay by direct bank transfer. His computer skills are limited to texting for which one will probably not get a reply. Showing up and being ********** well. When one is this good marketing is not necessary.”
“I can’t say enough good things about Image Auto Body & Paint and Dave. From the first call, he was kind, helpful, and did his best to estimate without even seeing my car. Once I came in, he immediately made the experience comfortable and set clear expectations.
My paint color is uncommon and not easy to match (probably a headache, honestly ?), but Dave went above and beyond to get it right, and he nailed it. Communication was clear throughout, and he wouldn’t let me pick up my car until he was fully satisfied. The result was better than I ever expected, and he even sent me home with touch-up paint.

“I brought my 22 Ram 2500 in after going hunting and rubbing it through a narrow road of sage brush which left large scratches on both sides of my truck. There were also some scratches here and there that accumulated with work but it got to the point where I would get upset looking at my truck and thought I needed a new paint job.
I live about 40 minutes away and was going to bring it to a local detail shop or look at a paint shop but my buddy from Tacoma said I need to go to a serious detail shop and to bring it to Metal Magic.
I'm glad I did my truck looks like it did when I brought it out of the car lot. I attached a photo of the scratches before and a couple pictures afterward. They also did an excellent job detailing the interior. Highly recommend!!”
