“Best place around to get roofing materials, and some of the best prices. Mark up front is very helpful, he's been around roofing since I started roofing 25 years ago. So he knows roofing inside and out. Allot of roofers forget about convoy, but if you don't atleast give them a call, you will never know, if you can get a better deal. So make sure, if your tired of your current supplier,call Convoy. They also have the best loaders, they will go the extra mile, to get you loaded up, it's better than most suppliers, where they hate there job, and could care less about getting your truck loaded. So is a breath of fresh air, too see that. Thank you Convoy, and all the hard workers you have”

“I am your average home owner who doesn't know too much about home improvements but I am glad I stopped by this store. I have some 2x4s on my fence that are dislocated and I want to fasten them back to the fence post, but didn't know what's the best way to do it. So I stopped by Ironmill and asked for recommendations which they freely gave and sold me the proper hardware to get the job done. Their hardware person even went through the trouble of locating a box of deck screws that are brown in color so that it will match the color of my 2x4s. Very impressed.Service is fantastic and this will now be my go-to store for any hardware I need.”

“This location seems to have turned around from its extremely poor customer service history! I am a senior, and was attempting to get a few 2x12x12 boards down for a project. An Asian employee, older gentleman, came to help me without being asked! Amazing! I was able to get them cut right away too, and at checkout the young lady was far far more personable than the witch I've had to tolerate before ( hopefully she had been let go). Long story short, a very pleasant experience at three different customer contact points (getting heavy lumber down, getting it cut properly, and a very pleasant checkout). Couldn't be happier about this new direction!”
