Stephanie was great and easy to work with. I was upset because of the situation of being run into. I wasn't happy to be going through all of this but she got it and spoke quickly, worked quickly and was gracious the whole way. The body shop did an exceptional job and they gave my car back looking and smelling fresh, inside and out. They made my really bad week as good as they possibly can and I appreciate it. Good company. “This place let me in without an appt, worked fast and thoroughly and did extras for my needs. I now have a sweet smelling car again. No more vomit! My backseat had to be unbolted etc. They are one fantastic team who bend over backwards to please and deliver an A-1 clean. I can now tolerate being in my car all day again. “My jeep has a brand new windshield with the original chrome molding reinstalled perfectly by Andrew, the technician. This meant a lot to me, as I wanted OME .
He originally came and let us know that the corrosion to the track that holds the windshield in place had extensive damage. Which it did but I didn’t know it would cause leaking if not repaired. It’s a 1992 Jeep Laredo which makes a lot of sense for this older~ well used vehicle. He covered with professional wrap awaiting the repairs needed.
My husband repaired the next day and the appointment was set for next day. Andrew returned and installed within an hour at my home. He was excellent in skills and totally down to earth in friendly communication.
I highly recommend Safelite. You won’t be disappointed. I also was given discount which beat the lowest price I found without having to drive to Auburn. Again highly recommend.”

“I brought my 1993 buick roadmaster in and by no fault of theirs the window motor was unavailable and the received the wrong window but they went into beast mode and did a major search and located it, I found the motor online. Accidently a interior trim piece was broken and again they had to do a 50 state s search because I have been dealing with these cars forever and I couldn't find it in the right color and they did. I'd give them 6 stars if I could.”

“I recently bought a used car with a rebuilt title and didn’t have it pre inspected. I called Auburn Valley Collision and spoke with Bob who told me he’d be happy to take a look at it for me. He thoroughly checked the exterior repairs and even went out of his way to check under the car on a weekend when they usually don’t do so. I left here with peace of mind and feeling relieved!
