“I used Fix Auto Tacoma South about a year and a half ago. Will is amazing. He's the owner, but he spoke with me personally whenever I requested him. He gave me a quote that was out of my price range, and I was trying to figure out what to do. He then gave me a new quote that saved me a good amount of money (and I decided not to paint it) which I was able to afford. He also tried his hardest to get me new parts that match my current car color. They stopped making a certain part in silver (and now produce it only in black), but Will's team looked everywhere for a used part in silver before informing me that it was something out of our control. I was fine with this, and the other big part I needed was black, which matched.

One of the best parts was that they cleaned my very dirty car. They washed the outside, including ridding it of some moss that had been growing in some areas, and they vaccuumed the cabin. I was pretty excited about that. Between that and the newer style lights, it looked like a new car (even with the black parts). I've received multiple compliments since then that it actually looks better now than it did before.”

My backseat had to be unbolted etc. They are one fantastic team who bend over backwards to please and deliver an A-1 clean. I can now tolerate being in my car all day again. “5 stars all the way! I kept putting off having my windshield replaced because 1, life has been a challenge lately, no time, 2, money, and assuming insurance and all that stuff would be a huge hassle, and I had zero hassle patience left. However, it was bad, and getting dangerous so needed to pull the trigger. I reached out through their contact form on their site, because i was at work, i requested the text option. Had the whole thing sorted in less than 5 minutes including a quote. I accepted the appointment and when i arrived I asked about running through my insurance. I probably should hae mentioned that first, but i got zero frustration or blow back, just , no problem. They explained how it would go down, and I watched a very patient and professional Ang navigate the phone tree system and 3 transfers that are the insurance company. That alone saved me so much stress! Once that part was done, which all things considered took almost zero time, the tech came out and did a walk around a few short moments later, and I went back to work, and came back later. However, they have a fairly comfortable waiting area and snacks, so if you need to hang out, not the worst thing. My vehicle was ready exactly when they said it would be, walked in, paid my deductable, keys in hand and left. The tech did fail to clean up a little debris on the floor on the passenger side, but it does not affect my rating or experience at all. A very special shout out to Ang for making it all so smooth and reducing my stress!”

“I brought both of my cars in for interior detailing and Fred's work was top-notch. I didn't realize how dirty and worn-down both cars had been until I got them back. Every nook and cranny is sparkling clean! Fred was also extremely friendly and very upfront about what he'd be doing and the cost. His pricing seems very reasonable, especially given the high quality of the work. Also, I called Fred on a Monday, and he was able to get my cars in on Wednesday and Friday of that same week. When I mentioned that I was getting them cleaned up to surprise my husband who's returning from a deployment, he generously applied a military discount to my work.”

“Great selection of food items. Staff are always super friendly. They make sure that you feel right at home, each time you visit the store. You can pretty much find anything you need, right here at the store. They also sell knives, glassware, and shirts. A few of the knives have the “Virginia Naval Jack” flag on them, which might offend quite a few people! So just a heads up!As far as the value goes, it’s not anything special. You are pretty much paying average-full price on everything. There are no “$2 for $4” monster drinks. Nothing where you buy multiple items, and save anything. That’s a definite hinderance for me to stop in. I only really go here when I don’t feel like driving far, or if everything I need is there, and I am in a press for time. The vape selection is small, but existent. You’re better off going down the street somewhere else.Is this place worth the stop? For me, not really. But, the staff are really nice, and it’s shell gas… so yeah… It is what it is.I do recommend this place for what it is. And they are by far one of the nicer gas stations around!”
