“Was looking for somewhere to tint my windows & came across the good reviews here on Yelp. Figured I'd check it out for myself. Called on Wednesday to set up an appt. for one vehicle. When my husband & I arrived at our appt. on Friday, the guy asked if we wanted our front windows done on our other car aswell (the back ones were already tinted when we bought it) so figured why not, might aswell do it while we have the time. We dropped off the first car which took about 3 hrs & then switched out the vehicles when that was done. The second one took only about an hr since it was just the front two windows being done. Highly recommend & beyond pleased with the service provided. Communication was great! Will definitely come back here in the future.”

“I brought both of my cars in for interior detailing and Fred's work was top-notch. I didn't realize how dirty and worn-down both cars had been until I got them back. Every nook and cranny is sparkling clean! Fred was also extremely friendly and very upfront about what he'd be doing and the cost. His pricing seems very reasonable, especially given the high quality of the work. Also, I called Fred on a Monday, and he was able to get my cars in on Wednesday and Friday of that same week. When I mentioned that I was getting them cleaned up to surprise my husband who's returning from a deployment, he generously applied a military discount to my work.”

Great price for passenger window replacement After someone decided to break into my car after school clothes shopping with my girls,I park in front of the restaurant thinking I was safe . It happened all to fast. The police even seen them break my window but they needed to have probable cause basically for me to say a crime was committed before they could arrest him. So they got away that easy. So watch out people we no longer have policeman to protect us there basically security guards just to write a report for you and take yours. Uugh. Any way this glass place was and is awesome. In my time of need..”

“Great selection of food items. Staff are always super friendly. They make sure that you feel right at home, each time you visit the store. You can pretty much find anything you need, right here at the store. They also sell knives, glassware, and shirts. A few of the knives have the “Virginia Naval Jack” flag on them, which might offend quite a few people! So just a heads up!As far as the value goes, it’s not anything special. You are pretty much paying average-full price on everything. There are no “$2 for $4” monster drinks. Nothing where you buy multiple items, and save anything. That’s a definite hinderance for me to stop in. I only really go here when I don’t feel like driving far, or if everything I need is there, and I am in a press for time. The vape selection is small, but existent. You’re better off going down the street somewhere else.Is this place worth the stop? For me, not really. But, the staff are really nice, and it’s shell gas… so yeah… It is what it is.I do recommend this place for what it is. And they are by far one of the nicer gas stations around!”

“Rose and Ben are an exceptional and a great asset to the team! Highly praise them for their customer and professional service is beyond approach. The only thing I see a lot on the reviews are that scratch windshields are found at the shop that came straight from the warehouse, because it happen to me as well. just wondering that either no one is paying attention to detail and making sure when they issue it to the shop that the checks are being done to ensure time is not being wasted and hopefully have someone at the warehouse QA inspect it to ensure time is not wasted at the customers behaLt. Please fix this issue to prevent others like me to wait for another 1 or 2. Thanks Ben for bringing up to my attention and Rose making the call to bring another windshield down to correct the issue. Other than that I give this shop operations and service a 10 out of 10. Keep up the good job and I highly recommend to other!”

“My windshield was hit by a flying missile on I-5 on Saturday night and I had a OEM replacement installed by Tuesday afternoon. Very easy online process to submit insurance information and get an appointment scheduled. I received a quick call on Monday to confirm the appointment, and they sent me a text on Tuesday when the technician was on his way.Michael and his helper did a phenomenal job, they finished quickly and even took the extra time to carefully remove my Good To Go pass from my old windshield and transfer it to the new one.It was a bummer to have glass damage on my otherwise pristine car, but Safelite in Tacoma made it as easy as possible to get it fixed quickly and correctly.”
