“I needed mobile service on the same day and wasn't able to find availability anywhere. These guys answered the phone right away and were at my office within an hour. Amazing customer service and very professional. They did a great job at a great price and were very friendly.”
“I used Fix Auto Tacoma South about a year and a half ago. Will is amazing. He's the owner, but he spoke with me personally whenever I requested him. He gave me a quote that was out of my price range, and I was trying to figure out what to do. He then gave me a new quote that saved me a good amount of money (and I decided not to paint it) which I was able to afford. He also tried his hardest to get me new parts that match my current car color. They stopped making a certain part in silver (and now produce it only in black), but Will's team looked everywhere for a used part in silver before informing me that it was something out of our control. I was fine with this, and the other big part I needed was black, which matched.
One of the best parts was that they cleaned my very dirty car. They washed the outside, including ridding it of some moss that had been growing in some areas, and they vaccuumed the cabin. I was pretty excited about that. Between that and the newer style lights, it looked like a new car (even with the black parts). I've received multiple compliments since then that it actually looks better now than it did before.”

“I took my car down here the other day to have a chip repaired. I had an appointment scheduled, but I called ahead to see if I could come in a few minutes early and they were very flexible. It took about 45 minutes and I got it done over my lunch hour so now my windshield isn’t an implosion waiting to happen! Highly Reccomend.”

“Scott @ Stroh's is amazing.! Super personal and great at interacting with the customer. I had been putting off my oil change for a while, they got me right in and gave me a free inspection as well.! I got my car back in no time and they also changed my battery in my key fob, changed my air filter, and put air in all my tires.! Pleasantly surprised with the price as well. Overall, one of the best experiences with a mechanic I have ever had.”

I was sold an XPEL ceramic tint and I recently took a road trip around the west coast and the UV protection is amazing. Not one sunburn from driving around for two weeks. “Our van was recently hit while in a parking lot, and while the damage appeared minimal, we soon realized that modern repairs can be surprisingly complex (and expensive). My backseat had to be unbolted etc. They are one fantastic team who bend over backwards to please and deliver an A-1 clean. I can now tolerate being in my car all day again. “5 stars all the way! I kept putting off having my windshield replaced because 1, life has been a challenge lately, no time, 2, money, and assuming insurance and all that stuff would be a huge hassle, and I had zero hassle patience left. However, it was bad, and getting dangerous so needed to pull the trigger. I reached out through their contact form on their site, because i was at work, i requested the text option. Had the whole thing sorted in less than 5 minutes including a quote. I accepted the appointment and when i arrived I asked about running through my insurance. I probably should hae mentioned that first, but i got zero frustration or blow back, just , no problem. They explained how it would go down, and I watched a very patient and professional Ang navigate the phone tree system and 3 transfers that are the insurance company. That alone saved me so much stress! Once that part was done, which all things considered took almost zero time, the tech came out and did a walk around a few short moments later, and I went back to work, and came back later. However, they have a fairly comfortable waiting area and snacks, so if you need to hang out, not the worst thing. My vehicle was ready exactly when they said it would be, walked in, paid my deductable, keys in hand and left. The tech did fail to clean up a little debris on the floor on the passenger side, but it does not affect my rating or experience at all. A very special shout out to Ang for making it all so smooth and reducing my stress!”

He was understanding, compassionate, honest and the work done was top notch, they went above and beyond to provide great service! My repair wasn’t major, but was done right and he helped me out big time when I needed it most! His staff was very helpful, friendly and accommodating! They got my job done quickly! So glad I found them! I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs work done. If we weren’t moving out of state, I would use them for all future needs. I may even use them when I come back periodically if I need work done and I will tell people I know here to go to them! Keep up the great work and excellent customer service!”

“I had a weekend appointment scheduled for 2pm Saturday. Arrived early to complete paperwork and payment. I had my rear passenger side installed due to it shattering. Though I believe the cost was a bit high, I didn't complain due to the efficiency and speed of completion. I was there a total of 40 minutes. The staff were pleasant and helpful answering questions. I am very well pleased.”
