Hot water was all or nothing in the shower. Other guests in the hallways were loud and sketchy at 1:00 AM. The room was bare bones. It had a/c and a mostly working TV, but the microwave didn't work. Toilet clogged and barely flushed. It was cheap, though, so there's that.

Very rude customer service and the lady was very rude and I booked the room here but when I got here instead of helping me she kept saying their system is not working but she made me wait for more than 30 minutes while my kids were in car and sleepy too, the worst ever hotel and customer service, racist lady,
