“Room was clean and comfy! Bed was super bouncy! Don't tell but I jumped on it just to feel young! Yemarely helped so much! She saved mine and my babies lives for the night! She was quick, respectful, and easy to work with! And the pool! Was amazing just to sit out there by it and look at the sky without all those pesky city buildings! Went to try and stay at Lakewood and was insulted so definitely staying here. EVERY.TIME. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

“The black receptionist is impolite and incorrect…… I can’t wait to have management get involved because she was absolutely disgusting as a customer service representative to a good standing client in front of 3 other clients too…. And she has her wires crossed…. No receptionist should ever talk like her to a calm inquisitive person asking for clarification…. And in clarification I’m sure she knows she is wrong but still back down and now I get talk to management tomorrow and hopefully she gets put in her place. It was so shameful and the owners most certainly wouldn’t like her talking to anyone like that…. Other than that the beds are the most comfortable in fife….”
