“I feel bad about my previous review from 2022. At that time the new ownerrs had just bought the shop from Jenny and I wasnt used to them. I have been taking my cars here since 2012 before the new owners bought this shop and I can say they have not only maintained Jenny's legacy, but they have gone above and beyond in the best way. I recommend them constantly. Also, as a woman, I have to say, If you are a woman and skeptical of mechanics, come here. You will not be dismissed or belittled. “Scott @ Stroh's is amazing.! Super personal and great at interacting with the customer. I had been putting off my oil change for a while, they got me right in and gave me a free inspection as well.! I got my car back in no time and they also changed my battery in my key fob, changed my air filter, and put air in all my tires.! Pleasantly surprised with the price as well. Overall, one of the best experiences with a mechanic I have ever had.”

Had a issue with my 2020 Silverado with a 10 speed and I had taken it into Chevy and 2 other places that either couldn’t figure out what was causing my issue or they told me I needed a new transmission which was BS. They found a frayed wire and repaired it quickly for a fair price. As long as I live in the area I will be going to them for any technical transmission needs. I highly recommend if you want quality work for an affordable price.”

“6/5. Melinda and her crew are knowledgeable, reasonable, and good at what they do. I had a warranty company stalling the authorization for a job for 6 weeks. What a headache! Melinda let me keep the car at their shop the whole time without charging me. She even called the machine shop they work with and knocked $1500 off my bill. These guys have been my shop for 9 years, and they just earned my trust even more.”

We delivered it on a flatbed and they were quite upset with us, and rightfully so. One of the employees suggested 15th Street automotive repair shop and I was extremely grateful. Carrie‘s team stepped in took my husband‘s truck fixed it the very same day and then called the dealership and they picked up the truck. I totally recommend them and they were my angels when I needed them most! Their prices were also more than reasonable. “Even though it was a nightmare, I am giving these guys 5 stars. I see bad reviews on here for transmissions, well, I got a transmission rebuild here, on an F350. The truck did have to go back a few times. Freddy stuck with it. I don't think it's the shops fault if components fail. It us working great now, no issues. Each time it went back, they got to work on it, and resolved the issue. These guys don't charge as much as other shops and they seem way more friendly than other places. If I had stayed in washington, Freddy would be my mechanic for everything. He even fixed my shifter!!! Haha I didn't ask for it, but it's nice to have it. I really do appreciate Freddy being professional and standing by his warranty.”

“I can’t say enough good things about Erker’s Auto & Truck Repair! I have a 2005 Ford F-150 that I needed as a daily driver, but the AC had never worked. For years, other shops quoted me over $2,000 or refused to work on it at all because it takes R134A refrigerant. I finally took it to Erker’s—they actually listened to my situation and got me scheduled for the following week.
I dropped it off in the morning, and that same day they called with a diagnosis and an exact quote. Knowing the part would take an extra day, they even offered to let me pick up the truck overnight if I needed transportation! I left it with them, and the very next day it was completely fixed. Best of all: the price they quoted was the exact price I paid—no hidden fees or surprise shop expenses—and it came out to under $380 out the door! Honest, communicative, and unbelievably fair pricing. Highly, highly recommend!”
