“I was long overdue for an oil change and I prefer to do it myself because of past negative experiences with getting the service done by shops. I kept putting it off but my suv needed it badly so I Googled “oil change near me” and Jiffy Lube (Fife) listed first.I was greeted immediately by Austin. There were a couple other vehicles being worked on and he relayed that it would be a short wait. It was very refreshing to have a tech talk me through the service and suggesting other maintenance services rather than talk down to me or be condescending. The experience was so positive all around that I feel confident in having this shop handle whatever services I need in the future. I appreciate the above-and-beyond service that I received from Austin and appreciate his communication skills.The shop itself was neat and inviting. He made an appropriate suggestion on another service that was not required but would save me money in the long run if I had to have it done later. The service was quick. A loaner vehicle was provided with sufficient fuel to get me to work the next morning and back to pick up my vehicle once the maintenance was completed. Happy customer.”

“This review is for the Goodyear in Fife, WA. They saved our butt. The rear brakes on our 29' motorhome were being weird. We pulled in, they had a few minutes to take a look and found a few issues, main one being the rear brakes which were toast. We made an appointment for Friday, providing the parts would come in time, otherwise the following Monday. Luckily the parts came 5 minutes before closing on Thursday night. We were able to boondock their parking lot that night. They started working on it right away Friday morning so that we wouldn't have to stay overnight again (not the greatest area, we had a panhandler bother us Thursday night). We were out of there by 2:00 PM Friday afternoon. Friendly and informative mechanic explained how and why the brakes failed and showed us the parts.”

“Tacoma Diesel provides the highest level of customer service!! We experienced an "after-hours" problem with our usually reliable home generator and happened to have a cellphone # for one of the technicians who did the original installation. We called that number and although a different employee answered, David didn't miss a beat. David had already left their office for the day and was driving home but was super willing to help and walked us through the troubleshooting over the phone and helped identify our problem. Justin came the next day to ensure that everything was running in tip-top shape. Justin was extremely thorough and knowledgeable too. We have total confidence in Tacoma Diesel's products and services and are so appreciative of their fantastic employees who go the extra distance.”
