“I’ve been bringing my vehicles to Rolf’s Import Auto for more than five years, and they continue to deliver excellent service. They just replaced my brakes and did a great job—prompt, fair-priced, and done right. Rolf’s is honest, reliable, and has earned my trust completely. Highly recommend.”

“I can’t say enough good things about Erker’s Auto & Truck Repair! I have a 2005 Ford F-150 that I needed as a daily driver, but the AC had never worked. For years, other shops quoted me over $2,000 or refused to work on it at all because it takes R134A refrigerant. I finally took it to Erker’s—they actually listened to my situation and got me scheduled for the following week. I dropped it off in the morning, and that same day they called with a diagnosis and an exact quote. Knowing the part would take an extra day, they even offered to let me pick up the truck overnight if I needed transportation! I left it with them, and the very next day it was completely fixed. Best of all: the price they quoted was the exact price I paid—no hidden fees or surprise shop expenses—and it came out to under $380 out the door! Honest, communicative, and unbelievably fair pricing. Highly, highly recommend!”

“Jim is my actual hero, I broke down driving from Seattle to Portland and was stuck over night, had to miss work, everywhere I called was booked out (including him) but he still squeezed me in day-of to help me change a spark plug and secure a new coil so I wouldn't have to be stranded and sleep in my freezing van another night. Extremely professional and just all around a great guy, was honest and fair. Can't recommend him enough.”

“Today I had my son’s car towed to this shop because it wouldn’t start, and I’m so glad we came here. The team was honest, professional, and incredibly helpful from the moment we arrived. They quickly diagnosed the issue, explained everything clearly, and treated us with kindness and respect throughout the process. It’s hard to find mechanics you can truly trust, especially when dealing with stressful car problems, but this shop made the experience so much easier. I really appreciated their transparency, patience, and excellent customer service. Highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy mechanics!”

“Bought our first Lexus at Lexus of Tacoma at Fife and we are so glad we took the time to make the trip down from Seattle. We wanted a very specific spec on a high-demand model, and our salesperson, Phil Nguyen, was incredibly accommodating. He was entirely transparent about pricing and delivery timelines, and he truly knows his cars. It started with an informative test drive and only got better from there. Phil kept us in the loop throughout the entire process, finalizing the sale and delivery without any friction. The finance manager was also great and not at all pushy, which we really appreciated. Another young gentleman, Griffen, did a fantastic job showing us around the vehicle and thoroughly explaining all of its features. As an experienced car buyer who has faced varying levels of dealership frustration in the past, I wholeheartedly recommend Phil, and the rest of the team to anyone considering a Lexus.”

“These guys were super fast and were very personable people!! Would’ve come here to buy my steer tires instead of Loves if I had seen some better advertisement out front as I went to Loves to buy tires. Needed alignment and they directed me to THIS location that was right across the street…Better advertisement would’ve gotten Goodyear our tire business today, not just alignment. These guys were amazing! AVOID GROUCHY LOVES!! COME HERE!!!”

“Very good experience here both with a repair that I opted out of because they recommended against it (a tiny chip that they would've had to make larger to fill the epoxy in) as well as a replacement that had to be done after a chip repair that they did which did in fact get bigger. In each of these cases, they clearly explained the situation & were super cordial with us the whole way. I would recommend.”

“Went to Toyota of Tacoma (Look Larson) this weekend to help our daughter buy a car. We were greeted by Jordan P almost immediately. He was so kind and professional. We initially came in looking for a specific vehicle and planned on taking the whole day going around to dealerships. Jordan even offered to drive us over to the Puyallup location if we didn’t find what we were looking for in Tacoma. Ended up going to out a 2026 Toyota Camry AWD Hybrid. It’s a gorgeous vehicle. Daughter loved it, and ended up making the purchase. Jordan made us feel so comfortable, he stayed with us through the whole process, communicated very well, and got us a great deal. I’ve been thinking about getting a new vehicle, and would honestly drive the extra 2.5 hours back to Toyota of Tacoma (we live in Port Angeles) to purchase my vehicle from him when we’re ready, just because we felt so well taken care of. Usually the car buying process is so painful, we were dreading it,, but Jordan made it enjoyable. Thanks so much Jordan! Our Jordyn loves her new car!”

“Sanam was absolutely amazing! From the very beginning, we never felt pressured or pushed. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles and genuinely cared about making the entire process comfortable and enjoyable. I had been searching for a vehicle for six months, and this was probably the fifteenth one I test-drove. By far, this was the best experience I had! We submitted an offer the following day, and before we knew it, we were already signing the paperwork. I cannot recommend Sanam enough, and we will absolutely be purchasing our vehicles from him and Larson Cadillac in the future!”
