“I can’t say enough good things about Erker’s Auto & Truck Repair! I have a 2005 Ford F-150 that I needed as a daily driver, but the AC had never worked. For years, other shops quoted me over $2,000 or refused to work on it at all because it takes R134A refrigerant. I finally took it to Erker’s—they actually listened to my situation and got me scheduled for the following week.
I dropped it off in the morning, and that same day they called with a diagnosis and an exact quote. Knowing the part would take an extra day, they even offered to let me pick up the truck overnight if I needed transportation! I left it with them, and the very next day it was completely fixed. Best of all: the price they quoted was the exact price I paid—no hidden fees or surprise shop expenses—and it came out to under $380 out the door! “Jim is my actual hero, I broke down driving from Seattle to Portland and was stuck over night, had to miss work, everywhere I called was booked out (including him) but he still squeezed me in day-of to help me change a spark plug and secure a new coil so I wouldn't have to be stranded and sleep in my freezing van another night. “I had a flat tire but already had my spare on due to another recent flat. I used a compressor to fill the flat tire up and determined the leak was slow enough to get to the nearest shop which turned out to be this Les Schwab location. After getting the car on the lift they told me I had a nail in my inner sidewall and it was not repairable. However, they checked the tire in my trunk I'd used the spare to replace and said it was repairable. Since fixing flats is a free service they offer to anyone, I ended getting back on the road within a couple hours for no money spent. Free is a wonderful word these days. They did try to upsale me for some needed suspension work but I was in a hurry. Les Schwab is priced more than many competitors but on this day, they saved me from a tow charge and got me back on the road for free. My thanks to the staff!”
“I called them at 8AM to see if I could schedule a tech to sort out two issues I was having on my Kohler 20kw generator. I was expecting an appointment a few weeks out. Andy came out that afternoon. He was super knowledgeable and a very nice guy. He had my generator fixed and running great in under an hour. Could not recommend them more highly.”

“Went to Toyota of Tacoma (Look Larson) this weekend to help our daughter buy a car. We were greeted by Jordan P almost immediately. He was so kind and professional. We initially came in looking for a specific vehicle and planned on taking the whole day going around to dealerships. Jordan even offered to drive us over to the Puyallup location if we didn’t find what we were looking for in Tacoma. Ended up going to out a 2026 Toyota Camry AWD Hybrid. It’s a gorgeous vehicle. Daughter loved it, and ended up making the purchase. Jordan made us feel so comfortable, he stayed with us through the whole process, communicated very well, and got us a great deal. I’ve been thinking about getting a new vehicle, and would honestly drive the extra 2.5 hours back to Toyota of Tacoma (we live in Port Angeles) to purchase my vehicle from him when we’re ready, just because we felt so well taken care of. Usually the car buying process is so painful, we were dreading it,, but Jordan made it enjoyable.
