“Great little outlet store offering a wide selection of Brown & Haley products, plus from other select manufacturers. They sell mostly candy, but also nuts, jellies, hot sauces and other edible items. Some are factory seconds while others are first quality.
The staff is friendly and helpful.”
“7am appointment, lots of space at this time. They open dock door 2 (not the receiving door). Was about 7:07am. But once they get you at the dock, forklift guy is quick! I think I was done around 7:37am. 22 pallets.”

“I've picked up items bought at it's show rooms, three times lately, my wait times were minimal. Staff sufficiently friendly. Quiet a smooth operation IMO”
“Showed up almost 4 hours before appointment time and they still loaded me. Although he told me I showed up too early he still assigned me a door and started loading me within an hour.”
“Very good experience delivering here. It's a little tight entering this business plaza, but there's plenty of space to dock provided that nobody is docked in front of you. The guy with glasses that came to assign me to a door was nice and he actually helped me with the docking which was incredibly thoughtful. Very good man. Wish there were more like him in this world.You wait at the side of the "Hanes" building as shown in the picture. When you turn left to enter the dock area, go all the way down, make a left, and back up to park next to the "Hanes" office. Someone will come and grab you. Make sure to go to the Crate and Barrel receiving door and ring the doorbell to let someone know you're here. You will see the office in the corner juat before making that left turn into the docks.Someone will come grab you or assign you to a door. I came at 5am (appointment was at 7am) and they came and assigned me to a door at 6am. They unloaded the 25 pallets in about 45 minutes.”
“Its better to park in the street in the turning lane temporarily with your four ways on and walk to the receiving office. before you pull in. Its a pretty tight back in! If you know how to drive your rig you can do it! Stay safe out there drivers!”
“Came in at 6am for a 8am apt, but security guard said I need to come back at 7:30 because warehouse opens at 8am.
Came back at 7:30 and guard gave me a form to fill out. MAKE sure you have the apt # available. It took my dispatcher 15 mins to find it.
Once you give form back, he assigns you a door. Backing into dock is easy. Plenty of space.
Went inside to provide form that guard gave me. Nice gentlemen inside said I could wait in truck or inside. They have bathrooms, snack machines & seating area.
Very nice & clean. In at 7:30am out and loaded at 9am.”
