“Just got this amazing frame and put my black quartz in it! This shop has so many cool things and it's locally produced, upcycled art! I will definitely be back and I'm bringing my friends too!”
“Just an amazing shop with an accommodating owner. She is very professional and super nice!
All the bouquets I’ve seen are wonderful and whenever I need a certain flower she always tries to order it for me. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Support your local businesses!! If you haven’t been here and need flowers for an occasion or just for a loved one, you need to check this place out!”
“Puzzles, candy, sassy cards. Seems like you can’t go wrong here. Must stop when in Tacoma! Owner was very thoughtful too and helped me when I was stuck on finding the right gift.”
“Great place to find gifts for friends and family. Excellent selection of gifts, some handcrafted! Lots of jewelry and accessories, clothing, kitchen tools, and just souvenirs to give! Thank you to all the staff at Compass Rose!!”
“Although many of the decals on my custom shirt became detached during the first laundering (which I would normally rate a 1 star), I'm rating this company 5 stars for outstanding customer service in timely providing a new replacement shirt at their expense, including shipping, with no questions asked, and with absolutely no hassles.”
“The Staff at Frontline Specialties are second to none and always go above and beyond to assist their customers. I recently placed an order for 20 embroidered hats and two glasses with my Company LOGO that I needed quickly. They came through and it was and still is very much appreciated. I understand that the employee who did the work on the hats even worked after hours to get them completed. The hats and glasses were big hits at the National Training Center, Fort Irwin, California I am thankful from the bottom of my heart for Frontline Specialties coming through. I just ordered more hats and will order a Retirement Whiskey shadow box for an employee who is retiring in December. You have and will always have our business. For a small business, you are dependable, your Candor, Commitment and Competence goes without saying. From my foxhole--I suggest if you need any embroidery work or other products done, go there first. You will not be disappointed!!!! They are very busy, so lesson learned for me, do not wait until the last minute to order products. Give these total professionals the courtesy and order early. Thank You once again ladies!! You're AWESOME!!!!!!!!”
“Amazing store with so many beautiful things to shop! Also owners are very friendly. I came in with my friend and we could have shopped forever. Nice chatting with one of the owners, learning about crystals and stones and buying a few things. Fun shopping experience!”
“I love this place it's great the owner is super nice and helpful they have a godd selection of fish they were all healthy the prices are a little high but Ive gotten 3 fish from here and all were in good shape and it's just a lovely place I would recommend”
“The Best Shop Locally Owned on the Kitsap and Olympic Penninsula. Home decor clothes holiday Brighton!! Beautiful store. Friendly and helpful staff. The owner actually works in her store. It does not get any better.”
“Great little spot in the Freighthouse Square. Really enjoyed the selection and vibe, and the owner was very friendly and helpful. Good spot for some last minute gift shopping”
“We worked with Kirsten at the Tacoma shop on customized gift baskets for the attendees of a meeting I was planning in Seattle. Kirsten was fabulous to work with! She was so helpful, responsive, creative, and exceeded expectations for the "made in Washington" food gifts. We ordered (51) total and each one was exactly as expected. Thank you, Kirsten, and to the entire PNW team. Wonderful shop and wonderful customer service.”

“Katie S. did a great job helping me today! She was knowledgeable about all the different products and helped me find a gift that I was confident would be a hit. Her friendly smile and personable demeanor made shopping and checking out relaxing and pleasant.”
“Super nice staff at this See's Candies store. I think thats what the See's Candies store pride themselves by, quality chocolate with quality service. They opened at this University Place not too long ago (I think within last year or so) and its so convenient for me to come here to get my chocolate fix without having to goto the mall.
They always offer free chocolate sample so I love that they do this and I'm immediately hooked to buy something before I leave haha.
Their giftbox selections are perfect for me because they come in all different sizes from 6 piece truffle box all the way upto like a fancy 4 tier opening box. I love picking up a small gift box for myself sometimes!
My favorite here is the truffles and their molasses toffees. They currently have pie truffle series for limited time, so I picked up a small Apple Pie truffle box and its so yummy.
Store is tidy and all the items and prices are displayed clearly, love this See's Candies store in University Place village!”
“I absolutely love this shop!! We found some really cute things and I can’t wait to go back and get a few things I am still thinking about. Her signs up around made us laugh pretty hard. Lol— the one that ‘I am one drink away’ and the hand towels and cards are so funny!
This is definitely my favorite shop in Gig Harbor!”
“The couple that run this place are very nice. I have bought stuff from them for years. I had friends that thanked me for recommending this place to them. They have a great shop and they will make what you need or order it for you. Nice hand made items to order. Come check them out.”
“This shop is a lovely community space that feels right at home on 38th! The owner is talented and passionate about what she does and that comes through in the thoughtful curation of the store. I especially loved the jewelry selection - high quality, cute, and so well priced!”
“Absolutely delightful shop in a magical garden! Incredibly curated, with handmade products from creators who clearly love and honor their craft. The shopkeeper offered a wealth of knowledge about the products, as well as local businesses and unique experiences in Gig Harbor, as we’ve just moved to the area. A beautiful experience!”
“Love it here! We’ve picked up various toys for the kids, as well as a few things for ourselves, over the last couple years. For my son’s birthday, we asked family members to grab some of the sand toys and trucks sold here, because he loves to play indoors and out with them. I got him a beach set and he was absolutely delighted. The owner is wonderful, and I’d love to see her get more reviews and attention!”
“From the original 'The Old House Mercantile' to their new name and location as The Proctor Mercantile, they have always been a 'must stop' for me. As a Fiesta dinnerware collector for 30 years, I have probably funded their retirement, and I'm proud to have done so. So knowledgeable, so passionate, so professional, so kind. I would give 6 stars if I could!”
“Went there to buy some chocolate covered strawberries. Excellent service. Products like that are made at the moment so come in with some 10 min to spend. Highly recommended!”

“The Labubus here are real!! the girl at the counter was nice enough to show me how to authenticate it and did it before I even paid ! It’s expensive, but I get they are reselling. it’s popmarts fault for making them so hard to get ?”
“Cute shop with good prices and really adorable items. Every time I go the employees are super kind and helpful. Don’t waste your time at other stores in the mall like FYE (which is wayy overpriced and has rude staff) instead go to Fuego and you will have a much better experience!”
“Fun gifts and great card selection. They recently closed part of their store but I learned it’s a landlord issue. BOO landlord! It was nice to be able to see all of their plants in one area. If the landlord had a renter I’d better understand why raising the rent, but if not, why not fill the space? A full building is ALWAYS better than empty space.
From earrings to journals, and cards to plants and pots for plants. I enjoy this store.”
