“I've been shopping at The Pacific Northwest Shop for many years. It's become even more handy lately because my PC doctor is right next door. First, the employees are lovely and knowledgeable. Second, they have a great variety of items, all made or produced in our beautiful Pacific Northwest 💚 My favorite things to buy lately are earrings. They have some beautifully made jewelry, and I often buy a new pair when I pop in the store. Another favorite item I buy are the Seattle chocolates. They aren't called Seattle chocolates any longer, but if you ask for them by the original name they will know what you are talking about. If you haven't been in the store, I recommend you check it out!”

They go above and beyond to help a customer. You will find that you can't train your employees to have that quality. They either have it or they don't. Janelle and Charles have it! My business contracts with the United States military and I have hired people for 27 years with fancy college degrees only to find out they don't even know how to talk to people. Janelle and Charles know how to talk to people. Realize that because of this, their professionalism, their knowledge of product, and their personality, Janelle and Charles make your business money!
