They treat him with such care that he gets excited when he realizes where we are and that speaks to his experience. He had two accidents and both times the vets have done a personal call to check in on him and it’s that personal touch that differentiates them from other hospitals. Not just the calls but the messages and follow ups from everyone on the team. I know Algae feels cared for and it makes me so grateful to them for everything they do.”

One of Harbor’s doctors rearranged his schedule to do the necessary surgery the following day when the Urgent Care doctor called him on his day off to find a solution. “Great customer service, everyone we interacted with was great. Dr Driscoll performed a cystotomy for my 10yr old doggie and she did a fantastic job. 10 days after the surgery and id be surprised if anyone could ever tell my dog had surgery at all. Not only is she great at what she does but I could tell she really cared for my little one. Any questions I had during the first few days, her and her team were quick to respond and put my mind at ease. Team Driscoll all the way from now on with any of my pets. Id give it 10 stars if I could.”

The vet was nice and handled her gently. I came in with my two small children and was done within ten minutes. Will definitely come back.”

“first time puppy mom and tonight my puppy started screaming crying out of no where refusing to put pressure on his front leg. i rushed him here where i was helped immediately and they promptly took my baby back to exam him. ten minutes later he was brought back to me they told me right as they set him down he immediately was running and playing on all four paws. they then proceeded to tell me to go home !!! they didn’t even charge me an exam fee since it was so quick when they so had the right to do so. i’m so so grateful.”

“We boarded our senior cat at Tacoma Cat Hospital for 10+ years. While we were on vacation our kitty had serious complications and had to be put down due to a large tumor and difficulty breathing. They were amazing- very compassionate and communicative. I felt very good about the care our cat received. Highly recommend them.”
