I didn't mean to give you 4 stars. I think in the same way that your butt can dial folks in your phone, I believe my butt gave you four stars. However, if my butt were to have asked for my opinion, it would have been a solid 5 no doubts or questions. The woman that helped me, I believe her name was Sabrina, she was the real deal. The cat's pajamas. The bees knees. She was super knowledgeable. What a cool thing to see a lady know her craft so well. The work I had done was within the time frame I was given and I was given honest and straight forward information when they were done. The costs of the services were fair. I was absolutely happy. I will be bringing my businesses business to your business from now on. :) That gal needs a raise and vacation, and the customer is always right, right?

So Immediately set a appointment up for the one day I had off and with the list of problems they found on my truck they serviced it the day of the appointment and my car has never ran better ! “Was driving home and my tire pressure light came on in my car and was telling me my drivers side back tire was at 26 pressure. In the 5 mins it took me to get home it was already down to a 6.
I put on the spare and the next morning at 11am I arrived at Unique Tires assuming I would need a new tire. I’m no tire expert by any means so I just assumed when the air in my tire came out that rapidly that it wouldn’t be fixable. So I told the guy I needed a new tire. He said “well first let me see. You never know it could be fixable still.”
Well what do you know it was just a nail that punctured my tire but the nail was no longer in the tire so the air was draining out more rapidly. Anyway, they seems moderately busy when I was there and they still had my spare taken off, tire repaired, and me back on the road in less than 15 mins and it only cost me $25. Couldn’t recommend them more. I thought I was gonna be out a lot of money for a new tire but nope.”
“They always treat us well, give reasonable estimates, and never try to push unnecessary work. As a bonus, they also communicate via text message, so you don't have to play phone tag to get updates about your car!”
“got my car done in less than 15min. The only reason why I’m giving them a 4 star review. It is because some cars are programmed to keep the wheels on the same spot due to Sensor but the guy put it on the wrong side. Which made my sensor reading inaccurate.but overall it was a good experience and pretty straightforward.”
“I have been coming here for all my tire needs for the last 7 years. They always have the best service. They don’t try to sell me something I don’t need. They go out of their way to help me fix my tire before trying to get me to buy a new one. I have come here countless times. I have even had them change the brakes a couple of times for me. I can’t recommend them enough. I went to Les Schwab once because I got a flat next door to it. I couldn’t convince them to just help me with the flat they just tried to sell me a $600 set of tires so I had my car towed to Baza with my AAA and they plugged the tire for $10.”

“Let me give a huge shout out to great workers at DISCOUNT TIRE, in Lakewood, WA. The manager of the store, KELSIN SADR actually mounted my new Michelin Pilot 4S tires as he was the guy who could mount without scratching my wheels on my Audi RS7 as I had used the touchless mounting machine in Bellevue last time. He discovered that two of my wheels were slightly off on the balancing (slightly bent) probably due to hitting a pot hole with these LOW PROFILE wheels so he mounted them on the back, thank you KELSIN... He got me a $200 credit on one tire, yes only one tire, but that was 10% saving on my $2000 4-tire cost, thank you KELSIN. He helped my try and locate two new wheels to replace my two bent ones using Google AI with a photo on his phone, thank you KELSIN. He was able to get my tires in the same day and put them on that same day, thank you KELSIN... He discussed the balancing weights which I wanted on the inside of the wheel only (out of sight), he advised the balancing would be slightly less accurate without (ugly) weights on the outside part of the wheel, thank you KELSIN. Two or three of his associates talked and consulted and advised me, thanks guys... RINTO was one of the guys who was my first representative that took my tread wear and discussed CONTINENTAL vs MICHELIN with me, thanks RINTO, also Caiyan and Chris and big Tom..!! I have been using DISCOUNT TIRE for 25 years and this is my favorite shop, better than Federal Way or Bellevue. B. Brower, Tacoma”

“I was driving through Lakewood/Tacoma area when my car stopped working. A friend recommended Tevetens and I'm so glad he did. I emailed Tvetens on a Sunday evening, not expecting to hear from them till Monday morning when they opened. The owner called me the same evening and confirmed they could work on my car the next morning. He advised me to call a tow truck early Monday so my car would be at their garage when they opened. I appreciated that even though I don't live in the area, they treated me well. I can see why they have been in business for a long time.”

“Had some reservations about taking my 2016 GMC sierra for a A/C evac and recharge. The appointment portal was very easy to use. As I walked in the door Andre greeted me and got my info and was very clear on what they would be doing and they followed up with an email with a detailed list of what needed to be done. Work was completed in a timely manner and was $100 dollars cheaper than other bids i received. I have been on Ft. Lewis/JBLM since 1999 and this place has had a bad reputation since then, I know every situation is different but, I was pleased with the work and the service.”
