“This is the second time I’ve come here for tires and it’s the only place I will go. They are so nice and quick. They have the best prices and don’t make you feel like you have to spend a bunch of money.”
“Quick, affordable service with clear expectations and good customer service. My husband and I have had both our cars (AWD X2) serviced with patch work and tire replacement, we are very happy with their work.”
“They were awesome here very chill environment and overall super customer friendly my car came back working wonderfully they were super accommodating for my time frame as well! Pricing was more than reasonable and their customer service was top tier!”
“Dave was very communicative through the entire process. I brought my car in For a code that had been reading for about a year for emissions. They even replaced a passenger side seat switch that I mentioned at the front desk while dropping off the car. They replaced all of my spark plugs.I dropped my car off midday Monday and I was called the very next day to pick it up. They were very informative. Let me know all of the details about my car and I recommend them 100%. Their prices were extremely reasonable. Moving forward I will bring my car to them anytime I am needing anything. Overall, excellent customer service.”
“I visited Discount Tire yesterday to get wheel locks installed. I’ve always been grateful for their free air checks, but I was blown away when they installed the wheel locks for free, even though I didn’t buy my tires there! The entire staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, which really made my day. I want to give a special thanks to the team member who personally handled the installation. Thank you so much for the amazing service!”
“Absolutely Love my daily Accord more! Thank you Universal Tires & Wheels. Ive purchased previous springs and tires with AV in the past and was always treated well and given prices that would even beat Costco and other shops in the past. He's always provided insights into what I can and shouldn't do when it come to my cars. even helping to get my Sons 90's Integra setup with better fitting fitment and tires.
So when it came to my most recent V6 Accord, I knew i could count on Universal to help with the PERFECT setup, to keep it clean yet still stand out in a sportier way. From the choices in coil-overs, wheel style, size, and tires to match. Over the past few months, he was patient with me as i pieced things together with no rush or pressure. even suggesting lighter and cheaper wheels that would give me more of what i was wanting. and when it all came together......it was DOPE!
AV always makes me love my ride more and more with every visit to his shop. It's my daily, and I cant wait to be in my car again, even when sitting in traffic. What even more impressive, are the smiles on all of the other customers faces whenever I'm there. Im alway checkin out the cars of others and what they are doing with their whips. lifted trucks, a color matched C8, and an old Ford Fairlane. And they all have the perfect wheels for each.
Universal Tires & Wheels is more than a tire shop, it's simply a promoter of Tacoma's car culture.”
“Stopped in at Omar’s today cuz I had a leaking front tire on my Avalon. They were very friendly and professional. Fixed my tire in 10 minutes and got me back on the road. There shop is very clean and organized. I highly recommend them and will be back. Gracias Amigos❤️???”
“Fixed two of my flat tires at an affordable price and fixed both tires fast and easy. Worker provided great service repair. Will be going back for more tire repair!!”

“Very friendly and great customer service. Got my car in and out on the same day. Also, I forgot my water bottle inside and they ran out to get it to me. Thank you!!”
“Les Shwab is 5he very best in tire care. My wife and I have using Les for years. Great staff efficient service. Most of all it's better than going to the dealership.”
“Fair pricing, good workmanship, relatively quick turnaround despite how busy they are, and they stand behind their work. I brought in a vehicle for AC issues a few years back and they were able to turn it around same day. A few years later, the AC system failed again (No fault of their workmanship or the quality of the product); And despite me bringing it in Nearly 3 years later, they stood behind their work and warranted the faulty part and recommended just a small bit extra to ensure that it would bulletproof the system and I wouldn’t run into the issue again. I really appreciate the honesty and integrity of these folks, and never felt like I was being nickel’d and dime’d; I’d feel confident bringing any of my vehicles here.”
“Took my flat tire to Firestone at this location to get it patched. Service was great but unfortunately the following day the tire sensor was still indicating low. I brought it back to them and explained what happened. And they were able to change the Sensor on the tire for free. Great service !”
