Griffin Bay Bookstore is a fantastic, quaint indie bookstore in Friday Harbor, located just blocks from the ferry dock. It is a charming, well-curated shop with a wide and well-stocked selection of books for readers of all ages and every preference, including a wonderful children’s section. It is bright, busy, and easy to find, a must-stop for any book lover. The store also sells cards, unique vinyl stickers, beautiful puzzles, games, and other fun gift items. There is a cafe upstairs in the back that serves a limited menu of tea, coffee drinks, and pastries, featuring a puzzle table for collaboration. The knowledgeable and friendly staff host local author events and will special order requested items. It is a lovely place where you can browse for hours.

Quaint, well curated but wide selection of books in the most charming little shop. I could browse here for hours, and I always find some gem to take home with me. This is what bookshops should be -- like Kathleen Kelly's Shop Around the Corner.
