“Excellence from start to finish. We had a builder installed cabinet depth fridge next to a cabinet depth freezer. When the fridge began to die we decided to replace the two units with a single conventional fridge/freezer unit - and add cabinets to the empty space. The challenge was that they needed to match the existing cabinets so that it looked seamless. I found Showcase Cabinetry on the website of the cabinet manufacturer (Bellmont) and stopped in without an appointment to check them out.Mike greeted me and right away I knew I was in the right place. He answered all of my questions and gave me options - including less ambitious options. He never tried to upsell me, he just laid out a good list of options.Mike has a great relationship with Albert Lee Appliance and was able to refer us to a superb salesman who also answered all of our questions without trying to "gold plate" anything. Once we selected the unit Mike came out to take final measurements and we ordered our cabinets.Mike's installer (Bryon) was a master craftsman. It was evident watching him work that he takes pride in what he does -- and he was meticulous in alignment, leveling, and ensuring we were getting exactly what we wanted.Again, from design -- to coordination with other vendors -- to installation, it was exactly what we wanted. “We recently purchased a used 8 piece teak furniture patio set. The set is in great condition, slight graying. Did research online for refurbishing ideas. Too many differing points of view so decided to visit a teak furniture store. Harbor Teak is nearby our home so we made the trip a few hours ago. Store owner Justin was so helpful and knows teak woods very well. Justin focused on our needs and wants. We showed him photos of the teak furniture targeted for restoration. He walked us through steps to take, and steps to avoid. So glad we stopped in. Ended up purchasing teak oil, but will hold off on applying it after cleaning until springtime as suggested. Evidentially mold spores are attracted to oil in outdoor humid environments. Our newly acquired 8 piece outdoor furniture is too large to store indoors. Even with a patio roof, high humidity in Washington State during fall and winter is normal. We didn't see the yellow flag with snake mentioned in another review, but asked about it. Justin collects all kinds of flags, even old military flags with "don't tread on me" meanings. Coming from a military family myself, I got a kick out of someone misunderstanding the flags meaning. Just ask Justin, he has lots of interesting stories!”

Owner is also very kind and let Goodman MS band kids play in front of her storefront on a busy December Saturday. She even gave them a generous donation towards equipment for marching band.”

“We loved this Chalet in the Woods and the owner, what a magical visit! After shopping we sat out at the picnic table in the little pavilion with coffees and then warmed up around the outdoor fire. Found household items and gifts, exquisite tea towels and placemats, amber jewelry and note cards, and more. The book collection was amazing as well as the wearable items including uniquely knitted neck scarves. Loved seeing the sheep and the sheepdog out in their pastures near the pavilion. Arrange your appointment in advance. It is a very peaceful way to enjoy the day. Highly recommended!”
