I've never bought anything inside but I do love picking up stuff outside. I've waited at other places for a long time when they say it's ready but it's actually not. I truly appreciate that when my stuff is actually ready this PetSmart alerts me and not with bogus alerts. Thanks much 🫶🏼

I came for a nail trim and grind ... I didn't have an appointment but the team was very kind. Emoji has major anxiety issues with car ride that I couldn't drive him back and the grooming team made adjustments to take care of Emoji. Thank you !

Very strange experience with two young women who refused to sell me five comet goldfish for my backyard pond. When they asked and were told my pond was 25 gallons they told me I could only have one goldfish, more than that would be unethical. I let them know I've been keeping fish for like 30 years but they were unimpressed.
My very favorite reason that they refused my business was that it is illegal to sell fish to someone who doesn't have the setup to care for them properly, to which they added PETA wouldn't like it. Which is an amusing argument as last time I checked PETA is not a lawmaking body and for what it's worth they oppose all keeping of any animals of pets under any circumstances.
I asked why I would be allowed to buy these same goldfish to take home and kill by feeding them to a pet turtle but not to have in my lovely pond the assistant manager told me that's because they are invasive. Um every single fish, reptile, and mammal you can buy at a pet store is non-native. I let her know my goldfish would not be escaping to a local waterway as the pond is inside my greenhouse but, alas, she was immune to any fact or logic.
Honestly if they care that much about the health and happiness of their goldfish they might consider scooping out some of the piles of dead ones from the bottom of the tank every once in a while.

Store lacks consistency in carrying the same dog food. Once a product is gone they do not carry it again or don't order in a timely fashion. This has been going on for 3 years now. As many know you can't keep changing food for a dog. Management/buyer needs to step up and be consistent. High turnover with employees is noticeable and perhaps this is the overall cause.

Found the dog food that we needed. It seems that this PetSmart is the only store that carries it.

Victoria that works in the front is awesome, she always is able to pick my order early before it's ready, great customer service very knowledgeable I shop here like three times to four times a week and always treated with hello or welcome in Friendly staff I always go here over Petco

We love this place for all our pet needs! Our dog has been in training for a few months now and the trainer does a wonderful job training and giving specific tips for your dog. Highly recommend!

I went in to pick up crickets today and as per usual I like to look at the reptiles. I was trying to find the Green Anole they had labeled and to my dismay it was at the bottom of the enclosure, immaciated and decaying. After check out I told one of the employees who went and removed the dead lizard promptly. The other animals I saw were also quite thin and showed signs of neglect.
I hope corporate sees this and revokes this stores clearance to keep and sell reptiles of any kind.

Great selection. Bought a ceramic pet food dish and dropped it in the parking lot. Went in to notify them that it would need clean up fully expecting that I just wasted my money. The clerk immediately offered me to pick out a new one at no charge
