Employee was rude, unprofessional and had very little product knowledge. To top it off and she seemed to be the one in charge somehow. That's the last time I take my business there. I'll drive and exit further down and go to Petco where they actually treat customers with respect and have answers to simple basic questions.

I wanted to highlight Crystal at the Gig Harbor store. She is a super star for sure! Welcoming, helpful, positive energy and fun! The store is lucky to have her.
