“A lifesaver! We needed a Deed of Trust notarized and tried 2 other UPS locations (Gig Harbor Point Fosdick and 72nd and Portland Tacoma) and they couldn't help us. Either they didn't have a notary available or for the Point Fosdick location a lady said she couldn't do it on a busy Saturday. A very nice gentleman at the Harbor Hill location told us we could email the document to them and when we got there they would print it, notarize it, scan it back to the company and also mail a hard copy to them. Everything went perfectly.Great customer service!”

“I stopped by the UPS store to buy stamps & there were none in the drawer & the associate went in the back room to check with his manager, Kathy. I heard Kathy on the phone & the associate said she would be with me shortly! A few minutes later Kathy came out & sold me a roll of stamps. She mentioned this was a good time to buy them as the price is increasing at the end of January. I thanked her for telling me about the price increase.”
