“Everything went very smoothly through the design and ordering phases with Image360, and we were super excited when we finally set up the backdrop for our client's booth. It was impressive to see the three 10-foot tall sections towering above the neighboring exhibitor booths at the show! And, the colors looked fantastic on the stretched fabric, too! The installation took only minutes, due to the smart construction and to the fact that the fabric face arrives already attached to the frame. Takedown was a breeze, also. “Stopped by my local UPS Store to ship back some brochures that were printed incorrectly, and I had another great experience. As soon as I walked in, the staff greeted me with a friendly welcome and quickly helped me get everything packaged and sent back without any hassle.
The store was very clean, organized, and offered a wide variety of shipping and business services. What stood out most was how helpful and professional the team was throughout the process. They made what could have been a frustrating return very simple and stress free.
I've visited several UPS Store locations over the years and honestly have yet to have a bad experience. The consistency in customer service is impressive. Thank you to the team for the friendly service and quick assistance. Much appreciated!”

“I just wanted to send a thank you and a great review to Shauna and the team at FedEx office in Tacoma.
After trying to print at the library that closed at 6:00 p.m. I sent a last minute print job to the store. I called desperately and right away Shauna sprung into action to get everything printed for me. When I decided to do self-service on the laminator she lent a hand even as time was ticking towards closing. I watched her balance four customers at closing time and still with a great positive attitude.

“The Asian lady in this store is cheerful and has great customer service. All the employees do. When my package needs tape, they don't try to get me to buy tape or charge me. They'll tape up where I need it and are always gracious about it. All good employees. It's not that the Pearl Street UPS has bad employees, I don't mean that. But if you need a little extra tape, go to Proctor and get the extra customer service. Pearl won't help you with tape problems.”
