The report had to have specific binding, paper, etc. I needed the report printed in a short amount of time and within a certain budget. I contacted Cascade Print Media and the individual I spoke to was knowledgeable and friendly. I required follow up information that the individual was able to provide me. “A lifesaver! We needed a Deed of Trust notarized and tried 2 other UPS locations (Gig Harbor Point Fosdick and 72nd and Portland Tacoma) and they couldn't help us. Either they didn't have a notary available or for the Point Fosdick location a lady said she couldn't do it on a busy Saturday. A very nice gentleman at the Harbor Hill location told us we could email the document to them and when we got there they would print it, notarize it, scan it back to the company and also mail a hard copy to them. Everything went perfectly.Great customer service!”
