Pat at Properties NW came on recommendation from 2 other friends that used him to purchase homes. I could not have been happier! We had several interviews set up, and after meeting with Pat, we cancelled the rest. Pat was our guy! Pat was organized, attentive and his vast knowledge and experience spoke for itself. At no point in time did we feel pressured, rushed or stressed through the home buying process, which I can say was a welcome relief compared to our first home purchase. We are happy and excited for our amazing new home, and thank you to Pat, and his entire team for making us feel part of the family.
I also want to add, that Pat knew almost every seller’s agent, neighbors, and many other people we encountered along our home buying journey. It really showed us how prominent Pat is in the community. If/when we need to sell/buy another home, Pat will have a repeat customer from us - always!

Our experience with Pat and Hailee was nothing but five stars! Both of them being from the area was a huge help as we were relocating to Washington from Florida. They listened to what we were looking for in a home and helped us find the perfect one! They were there for us all the way, even helping expedite the closing process two weeks early!! Pat is the best! We recently bought a property through him. Pat kept us well informed through the whole process.He even came to our house a couple times to let us know what was happening. The electronic forms we had to complete were easy to understand and navigate. Because we were out of town he contacted the septic design company and paid the fee out of pocket until we returned. He has continued to guide us regarding appropriate actions to take so we can start building in a timely matter.

Pat did a great job in supporting one of our condo owners in selling their condo. He went out of his way to do things to get the condo ready for sale that I believe should have been done by the owner. If I sell my condo or someone else is looking for a realtor he would be my first choice. Way to go Pat.
