Route 16 Running and Walking provides outstanding and amazing customer service. The knowledgeable crew takes time to analyze walking patterns, foot shape, and how a person stands in their shoes. They offer excellent suggestions and fit customers with shoes that match their needs, helping to resolve issues like ankle pain, achilles tendon problems, and discomfort from conditions like mortens neuroma. They are very helpful and explain how shoes can cause issues. The staff has fabulous knowledge, learning directly from shoe reps about their stock. There is no pressure to buy, only a desire to meet needs. They even hand-made an insole fix for a customer. The service is such a relief, allowing people to continue running and walking. They are an amazing bunch of people who have earned customer loyalty forever.
I could not be happier with my recent visit to Route 16. A very knowledgeable Heather fitted me with excellent hiking shoes. I have wide feet and high arches. Not easy!
