“You MUST visit this store! The amount of WSU merch is mind boggling. All designs, styles, sizes, mens, womens, babies, decor, lanyards, gloves, mugs, magnets, CHEESE!! Yes, they do have some stuff from other schools, but it made me gag just a bit. Tracy, the owner, is super friendly and helpful as well as her employees! Go Cougs!!”
“First, I have to say after reading all of the negative reviews, I went in reluctantly but, it appeared this was the only store locally (200 miles) that I could actually look at the kayak I was interested in. I had been to every dealer and REI in Western Washington looking for a kayak. The local outdoor adventure store didn’t seem interested in taking my money and I felt like they were more agitated that I was there. So, reluctant and not expecting much I called Ship to Shore and Lucas answered the phone, he confirmed they did have the particular model I was interested in…. After arriving at the shop both employees greeted me and were happy to answer my questions after a lengthy discussion I ended up choosing a completely different kayak. They even let me test paddle it before I bought to make sure it would work for me as I am very tall and not a small guy. I can not say enough good things about Lucas and Ben and I will be back for all of my paddling and boat needs. They were genuinely interested in making sure I bought the right equipment for my intended use.”
