They offer excellent suggestions and fit customers with shoes that match their needs, helping to resolve issues like ankle pain, achilles tendon problems, and discomfort from conditions like mortens neuroma. They are very helpful and explain how shoes can cause issues. The staff has fabulous knowledge, learning directly from shoe reps about their stock. There is no pressure to buy, only a desire to meet needs. They even hand-made an insole fix for a customer. The service is such a relief, allowing people to continue running and walking.
