This park is well maintained as is the trails, there is magic in there air when the people are kind , the surroundings clean , and the voices of families cheering there kids on, and you can walk your dog and enjoy nature. That is serenityDog-friendliness: Must have leash but trails wide and alot of fun

Great hikingIt used to be fun when my boys could play basketball. But pickleball has taken over the court. And they tend to put the tables in the mud. Why?Playground: Kids will have a blastRestrooms: CleanDog-friendliness: Great for dogsPicnic area: Need more tables spread out throughout the park

Beautiful & Amazing Park!! We have been coming here for the past 17 years. It has definitely changed (especially way more people, of course Gig Harbor is definitely too Overcrowded now), but it is still the best park all around. We have been Participating in events, sports (through Penmet), walking our dog through the beautiful trails + we love their kiddo playground! I highly recommend this park!!

Love this park. Great trails and fields, and the playground and pavilion are really nice. We’ve been to lots of great events here and at the end of summer the blackberry bushes are the best! I wish more of the fields were lighted for the short days of the fall and winter, but an amazing facility for the GH community.

A nice park, seems kid friendly. I was the main water balloon target, but it was fun nonetheless.Playground: Plenty of fun for little ones! Lots of equipment (and stuff kids could potentially hit their heads on. Be careful.)Picnic area: Plenty of space to eat and hang out. Pretty sure it's a rental space so it's not free- but there's room.

Sprawling trails, and leisurely walking paths, plenty of shade when it's sunny and you can always sit in the dugouts. There's a community garden, a pavilion, 2 cleanly bathroom facilities, a playground for kids, workout station for adults, and bag dispensers for dog walkers. August & September are the best months to visit for blackberry picking. All in all, my favorite park in the Pacific Northwest~

I love this park. Lots of trails that wine through the woods that's around the park, lots of open space, baseball and soccer fields. I think some kids were playing pickleball the last time I was there. There's also a concession stand. In the summertime they have concerts and movies. The park is clean, with maps throughout the trails, and easy-to-navigate. The restrooms near the ballfields we're also very clean. They have a master gardening class, as well as other types of classes, but I don't know what those are.Playground: Large playground areaRestrooms: Very clean

Love how open the venue can be! 3 of the 4 walls roll open wide! And with a 30-foot lofted ceiling and a west facing garden patio, you really can't beat it.

This park is huge by my standards. There are multiple parking lots and areas for a variety of activities. Multiple play areas like for learning gardening with real tools, dirt, plants, fertilizers or whatever the stuff is called, tennis courts, pavilions for group activities, there is just so much to see and do. Might be a good idea to take a picture of the maps so you don’t wonder in circles. You know, I passed this couple like 3-4-5 times because I thought I was smart. The last time I passed them I almost asked them how to get out. The walking/biking trails are numerous. If you live in the area there are multiple trail access points and I took a few pictures to show you.Dog-friendliness: Water fountains for pets. Where there are people, there are doggies. I passed a lot of people with their pets. Oh, and there are those dog friendly baggie dispensers at multiple locations.

I would call this a super park because it has it all. Areas for several sports, a garden, hiking trails, a large play area for the kids. Best of all, four miles of hiking trails. Look for the bent tree.Playground: Huge new playgroundRestrooms: More than most parksPicnic area: Beautiful areas to set up, relax, and enjoy
