They don't answer their phone. They don't deliver held mail when they said they would. Poor customer service.

I had package delivered to wrong place, which wasn't great, but the counter folks were able to track it down, and had a driver hand it to me. The man at the counter even offered to get it when he got off work, then the driver was found.
EXCELLENT COUNTER PERSONNEL.

They don't even try to deliver packages they just leave a note so you can pick it up your self then they talk to you like you're stupid when go to pick it up.
